Aquesta disciplina d&#8217;entrenament, que s&#8217;ha popularitzat recentment en el m\u00f3n del fitness, se centra en el treball muscular, la pot\u00e8ncia i l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 f\u00edsic.<\/p>\n<p>La cal\u00b7list\u00e8nia permet als joves esportistes adquirir nous coneixements sobre el seu cos i desenvolupar m\u00e9s autonomia en la planificaci\u00f3 dels seus entrenaments.
