\nEn aquesta activitat els alumnes van treballar la terra, preparar el bancal, plantar enciams, cilantre i regar.

\nEls alumnes van aprendre a collir faves i con\u00e8ixer en quina \u00e8poca de l’any se’n planten.<\/p>\n
Activitat 3. Xerrada sobre l\u2019agricultura ecol\u00f2gica i alimentaci\u00f3 sostenible\u00a0<\/em> Activitat 4. Gimcana a l\u2019hort\u00a0<\/em> Al finalitzar el taller vam tornar cap a l’institut xino-xano, i encara ens quedava la darrera activitat per fer: “Sports morning”.\u00a0 Vam fer un campionat de 3 esports diferents: Voleibol, b\u00e0squet i tennis taula.<\/p>\n Despr\u00e9s de realitzar el taller a La Cisa i l’activitat dels “Sports morning” els alumnes van acabar for\u00e7a esgotats per\u00f2 contents\u00a0 ja que la seva participaci\u00f3 ha sigut excel\u00b7lent.<\/p>\n English version<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Wednesday, March 30th 2023, we went on a visit to the organic gardens in Premi\u00e0 de Dalt. After walking for about 30 minutes, we arrived at the gardens, which are located next to the Sanctuary of Mare de D\u00e9u de la Cisa. There, we were welcomed by two technicians from the Premi\u00e0 de Dalt Town Hall, Ignasi and Marta, who were in charge of the workshop we were about to do. The workshop was related to our Erasmus project: “Healthy Teens.” The activities we carried out were the following:<\/p>\n Activity 1. Lettuce planting Activity 2. Broad bean harvesting Activity 3. Talk on organic farming and sustainable food Activity 4. Scavenger hunt in the garden At the end of the workshop, we walked back to the school at a relaxed pace, but we still had one more activity left: \u201cSports Morning.\u201d We held a tournament of three different sports: volleyball, basketball, and table tennis.<\/p>\n After completing both the workshop at La Cisa and the \u201cSports Morning\u201d activity, the students ended the day quite tired but happy, as their participation had been excellent.<\/p>\n
\nEn aquesta activitat vam obrir un petit debat vers l\u2019agricultura ecol\u00f2gica i quins son els seus fonaments. Despr\u00e9s vam parlar de com l\u2019agricultura ecol\u00f2gica i local encaixen dins d\u2019un model alimentari m\u00e9s saludable.<\/p>\n
\nEn la darrera activitat els estudiants van haver d’identificar dins de l\u2019hort les diferents hortalisses que tenien a la fitxa.<\/p>\n
\nIn this activity, students worked the soil, prepared the planting beds, planted lettuce and coriander, and watered the plants.<\/p>\n
\nStudents learned how to harvest broad beans and in which season of the year they are planted.<\/p>\n
\nIn this activity, we held a short discussion about organic farming and its core principles. Afterwards, we talked about how organic and local agriculture fits into a healthier food model.<\/p>\n
\nIn the final activity, students had to identify the different vegetables found in the garden using a reference sheet.<\/p>\n
