Desitgem\u00a0 que tots vosaltres estigueu b\u00e9!<\/p>\n<p>No obstant, dir-vos de la import\u00e0ncia que t\u00e9 de moure&#8217;ns i fer activitat f\u00edsica amb el cos di\u00e0riament. No tothom t\u00e9 el mateix espai a casa per fer exercici, per\u00f2 en un moment donat del dia, podem treure cadires i taula del mig del menjador i fer una estoneta d&#8217;exercicis, sols o en fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p>El millor \u00e9s fer-se una rutina di\u00e0ria d&#8217;activitats (llegir, veureTV, estona de deures, jugar, jocs de taula) i incloure en aquesta rutina el fer exercicis.<\/p>\n<p>Us deixo v\u00e0ris v\u00eddeos per a que aneu provant. Podeu fer cada dia una, o repetir-les si us agraden. La q\u00fcesti\u00f3 \u00e9s tenir moviment. Com a vegades ho fareu sols, vigileu a l&#8217;hora de fer els moviments. Si veieu algun exercici massa complicat o que us fa mal alguna cosa, no el feu! Tot amb precauci\u00f3 i sentit com\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>I <strong>recordeu:<\/strong>\u00a0 abans de tot <strong>escalfeu<\/strong> el cos, i aix\u00ed el preparem per fer l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica. I els <strong>estiraments<\/strong>, recordeu que s\u00f3n molt importants, tant abans com despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica.
