{"id":4816,"date":"2021-11-10T08:44:33","date_gmt":"2021-11-10T07:44:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesalfacs\/?p=4816"},"modified":"2021-11-10T08:49:15","modified_gmt":"2021-11-10T07:49:15","slug":"xarrada-altes-capacitats-a-carrec-de-maria-endrino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesalfacs\/general\/xarrada-altes-capacitats-a-carrec-de-maria-endrino\/","title":{"rendered":"XARRADA ALTES CAPACITATS A C\u00c0RREC DE MARIA ENDRINO"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Jos\u00e9 Vicente Gaspar<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesalfacs\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu209\/2021\/11\/IMG-20211109-WA0040-min.jpg\" width=\"502\" height=\"628\" \/><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>L&#8217;associaci\u00f3 de superdotats i talentosos de Castell\u00f3, ACAST, ens va oferir una xarrada online el dia 27 d&#8217;octubre a les 16 h, a c\u00e0rrec de la psic\u00f2loga infantil i juvenil especialitzada en la mat\u00e8ria, Maria Endrino, la qual pret\u00e9n informar i resoldre dubtes al conjunt del professorat sobre la seva detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com la forma de coordinar-se amb les seues fam\u00edlies.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La dificultat per detectar l\u2019alumnat d\u2019altes capacitats \u00e9s el motiu principal del frac\u00e0s escolar d&#8217;un 60% d&#8217;aquests alumnes. Molts d&#8217;ells no acaben la secund\u00e0ria. Aix\u00f2 es deu als mites que posseeix la societat sobre el concepte i l&#8217;escassa informaci\u00f3 que arriba als centres docents en relaci\u00f3 amb el tema.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de trobar un alumne amb altes capacitat \u00e9s d&#8217;un per classe, aproximadament. Actualment, a Catalunya es detecta un 0,02% d&#8217;alumnes d\u2019alta capacitat a les aules enfront del 2% que hi ha de mitjana. A qu\u00e8 es deu aquesta situaci\u00f3? A una falsa concepci\u00f3 del qu\u00e8 significa tenir alta capacitat. Molts docents hauran ensenyat a aquests alumnes i hauran notat certes caracter\u00edstiques que han atribu\u00eft a altres causes. Per exemple:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; \u00c9s un xiquet o xiqueta intel\u00b7ligent per\u00f2 no vol treballar.<br \/>\n&#8211; Coneix el tema per\u00f2 no segueix adequadament les instruccions d&#8217;un examen.<br \/>\n&#8211; Es resisteix a escriure o la seva lletra no s\u2019ent\u00e9n.<br \/>\n&#8211; Repta el docent cont\u00ednuament.<br \/>\n&#8211; Fa altres coses mentre el professor explica, no sembla estar atenent.<br \/>\n&#8211; T\u00e9 un alt coneixement de la mat\u00e8ria a classe per\u00f2 despr\u00e9s mai treu excel\u00b7lents als ex\u00e0mens ni presenta els treballs exigits.<br \/>\n&#8211; Es queixa de les injust\u00edcies, tant sobre les normes de l&#8217;institut, com el funcionament del m\u00f3n en general.<br \/>\n&#8211; No suporta el soroll, les repeticions, estar assegut.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c9s capa\u00e7 de suspendre si s&#8217;avorreix encara que conegui molt b\u00e9 els conceptes.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c9s solitari o, en canvi, \u00e9s el que domina la resta de la classe.<br \/>\n&#8211; Sempre est\u00e0 callat, excepte quan alguna cosa no \u00e9s correcta, t\u00e9 algun dubte o vol m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3.<br \/>\n&#8211; T\u00e9 els seus propis m\u00e8todes d&#8217;estudi.<br \/>\n&#8211; Destaca de manera sorprenent en unes mat\u00e8ries, per\u00f2 descuida per complet aquelles que no li agraden o li generen dificultats.<br \/>\n&#8211; Es deprimeix per temes existencials: la mort, el sentit de la vida, problemes globals&#8230;<br \/>\n&#8211; No para quiet, t\u00e9 multitud d&#8217;interessos, per\u00f2 no sol acabar-los.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c9s molt intens emocionalment i es pren determinades problem\u00e0tiques amb la responsabilitat d&#8217;un adult.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c9s h\u00e0bil negociant amb el professor per tal de donar-li la volta a un c\u00e0stig o una situaci\u00f3 que no li conv\u00e9.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Si heu tingut alumnes amb una o m\u00e9s d&#8217;aquestes caracter\u00edstiques, \u00e9s molt probable que tinguin alta capacitat i necessitin una atenci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<div class=\"adL\">Consulteu <a
