Els professors han portat els alumnes de 2n d\u2019ESO al club n\u00e0utic per tal d\u2019iniciar-los en l\u2019esport de la vela. Despr\u00e9s d\u2019una breu formaci\u00f3 te\u00f2rica, en grups redu\u00efts i acompanyats d\u2019un monitor, han tingut l\u2019oportunitat de navegar per dins del port i servar la nau durant uns instants.<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta d&#8217;una activitat dintre del Pla Catal\u00e0 de l&#8217;Esport a l&#8217;Escola. El Pla pret\u00e9n posar a l&#8217;abast de tots els alumnes de prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives, i aprofitar el gran potencial d&#8217;aquestes activitats per contribuir a la formaci\u00f3 personal i c\u00edvica dels nostres infants i joves.<br \/>\nM\u00e9s concretament, podem destacar els objectius seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incrementar la participaci\u00f3 en activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives en horari no lectiu de l&#8217;alumnat dels centres educatius de prim\u00e0ria i de secund\u00e0ria, amb una incid\u00e8ncia especial en el col\u00b7lectiu de noies.<\/li>\n<li>Aprofitar el gran potencial educatiu i formatiu de les activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives, cercant la participaci\u00f3 per damunt de la competitivitat.<\/li>\n<li>Potenciar la funci\u00f3 integradora i de cohesi\u00f3 social de l&#8217;esport escolar, facilitant l&#8217;acc\u00e9s de tots els nens i nenes a la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva escolar, i en especial dels nouvinguts.<\/li>\n<li>Contribuir mitjan\u00e7ant la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva a la formaci\u00f3 en valors com la toler\u00e0ncia, el respecte als altres i a les regles, la confian\u00e7a en un mateix, l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 de superaci\u00f3, l&#8217;autocr\u00edtica, l&#8217;autonomia, la capacitat de decisi\u00f3, l&#8217;autogesti\u00f3, la cooperaci\u00f3, el treball en equip, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la pr\u00e0ctica regular d&#8217;activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives i l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 d&#8217;h\u00e0bits saludables que contribueixin a un millor benestar.<\/li>\n<li>Formar joves en els valors ciutadans mitjan\u00e7ant la seva participaci\u00f3 activa en la gesti\u00f3 de les associacions esportives escolars de nova creaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Miquel P\u00e9rez Trobareu tots els v\u00eddeos al canal youtube de l&#8217;InsAlfacs.
