{"id":3263,"date":"2019-10-09T23:04:56","date_gmt":"2019-10-09T21:04:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesalfacs\/?p=3263"},"modified":"2019-10-09T23:04:56","modified_gmt":"2019-10-09T21:04:56","slug":"xarrada-de-la-referent-datencio-educativa-inclusiva-rai-a-terres-de-lebre-alicia-roglan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesalfacs\/general\/xarrada-de-la-referent-datencio-educativa-inclusiva-rai-a-terres-de-lebre-alicia-roglan\/","title":{"rendered":"Xarrada de la referent d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 educativa inclusiva (RAI) a Terres de l&#8217;Ebre, Al\u00edcia Roglan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avui 9 d&#8217;octubre la referent d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 educativa inclusiva (RAI) a les Terres de l&#8217;Ebre, Al\u00edcia Roglan, ens ha ofert una xarrada cr\u00edtica i reflexiva sobre la inclusi\u00f3 als centres de prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;any 2018 el departament d&#8217;Ensenyament va crear el <strong>grup de referents d\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa inclusiva\u00a0<\/strong>(RAI). En total es van nomenar <strong>18 docents<\/strong>\u00a0que tenen com a principal funci\u00f3\u00a0<strong>fer difusi\u00f3 del Decret de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa a l\u2019alumnat<\/strong> en el marc d\u2019un sistema educatiu inclusiu i donar suport a les orientacions i actuacions que es van fixar per desenvolupar-lo.<\/p>\n<p>Els RAI\u00a0<strong>donen a con\u00e8ixer pr\u00e0ctiques de refer\u00e8ncia en el territori<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>col\u00b7laboren en la implementaci\u00f3 de mesures perqu\u00e8 els centres educatius avancin cap a cultures, pol\u00edtiques i pr\u00e0ctiques m\u00e9s inclusives<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9\u00a0<strong>impulsen la formaci\u00f3 dels professionals<\/strong>\u00a0dels centres per determinar i implementar processos de millora a l\u2019hora de planificar la gradaci\u00f3 i la intensitat de les mesures i suports que necessiti cada alumne. Els divuit docents, que comparteixen l\u2019atenci\u00f3 directa a l\u2019aula amb aquesta nova responsabilitat, compten amb experi\u00e8ncia en el m\u00f3n de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat i la inclusi\u00f3, i coneixen el mapa de recursos del seu \u00e0mbit territorial.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>Decret de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa<\/strong>\u00a0en el marc d\u2019un sistema educatiu inclusiu estableix que\u00a0<strong>cada centre educatiu ha de disposar d\u2019un projecte educatiu que fomenti i garanteixi una atenci\u00f3 educativa inclusiva i de qualitat<\/strong>. En aquest sentit, el nou equip de divuit docents, d\u2019acord amb el desplegament de les actuacions que regula aquesta normativa, t\u00e9 com a objectiu fonamental promoure l\u2019aven\u00e7 de la millora de les pr\u00e0ctiques en els centres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recordem que el Govern de la Generalitat de Catalunya va aprovar el mes d\u2019octubre de 2017 el Decret de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa a l\u2019alumnat<\/strong> en el marc d\u2019un sistema educatiu inclusiu. Aquest nou Decret ha suposat un aven\u00e7 respecte l\u2019anterior norma de 1997, at\u00e8s que es regula l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa de tot l\u2019alumnat, no nom\u00e9s de l\u2019alumnat que presenta necessitats educatives especials (NEE).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00e9 com a objecte garantir que tots els centres educatius del Servei d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya siguin inclusius<\/strong>\u00a0mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019establiment de criteris que orientin l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i la gesti\u00f3 dels centres; l\u2019ordenaci\u00f3 de mesures i suports per a l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa i per a la continu\u00eftat formativa de tots els alumnes, i la diversificaci\u00f3 de l\u2019oferta de serveis dels centres d\u2019educaci\u00f3 especial per esdevenir tamb\u00e9 centres d\u2019educaci\u00f3 especial prove\u00efdors de serveis i recursos per als centres educatius ordinaris.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La base del Decret \u00e9s el concepte d\u2019una escola per a tothom<\/strong>, que no exclogui ning\u00fa i que garanteixi l\u2019equitat i la igualtat d\u2019oportunitats per a un \u00e8xit educatiu en un sistema que s\u2019articula en xarxa, a fi de garantir que tots els centres siguin inclusius per atendre la diversitat de tots els alumnes, amb una atenci\u00f3 educativa de qualitat i amb una oferta de formaci\u00f3 al llarg de la vida amb itineraris personalitzats i flexibles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avui 9 d&#8217;octubre la referent d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 educativa inclusiva (RAI) a les Terres de l&#8217;Ebre, Al\u00edcia Roglan, ens ha ofert una xarrada cr\u00edtica i reflexiva sobre la inclusi\u00f3 als centres de prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria.
