Amb aquest projecte, han treballat el tema de proporcionalitat i percentatges d&#8217;una manera competencial, aplicant les eines estudiades a classe, a situacions de la vida real. Mitjan\u00e7ant un treball cooperatiu, han fet un gran treball de recerca per buscar impostos, descomptes, sous treballadors, etc.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 es comenten alguns dels punts treballats en la realitzaci\u00f3 del projecte, aix\u00ed com els conceptes treballats en cadasc\u00fa:<\/p>\n<p>1. Cercar o inventar els diferents men\u00fas o receptes.\u00a0Decidir els plats del men\u00fa del nostre restaurant. (m\u00ednim un men\u00fa complet format per primer plat, segon plat, postres i beguda). On s&#8217;han treballat les unitats de mesura, les fraccions, etc.<\/p>\n<p>2. Calcular les proporcions de la recepta de cada plat per a 1, 3 i 5 persones.\u00a0On s&#8217;han treballat les magnituds directament proporcionals, el m\u00e8tode de reducci\u00f3 a la unitat i la regla de tres directa.<\/p>\n<p>3. Calcular el cost mat\u00e8ria primera del men\u00fa. On els alumnes han buscat els preus d&#8217;aquestes mat\u00e8ries per calcular els costos dels plats.<\/p>\n<p>4. C\u00e0lcul del cost b\u00e0sic del men\u00fa.\u00a0Sobre el preu de la mat\u00e8ria prima, s&#8217;han afegit altres despeses com el personal, la compra a l&#8217;engr\u00f2s, el personal de la neteja, etc. D&#8217;aquesta forma, s&#8217;ha treballat els tants per cent.<\/p>\n<p>5. Estimar el preu del men\u00fa. On s&#8217;han afegit els impostos i els guanys que es volien obtenir.<\/p>\n<p>6. El personal del restaurant. S&#8217;ha calculat quant val contractar a cada treballador, els impostos de la seguretat social, els seus sous i s&#8217;han plantejat problemes de proporcionalitat inversa segons les possibles variacions d&#8217;aquests.<\/p>\n<p>7. Finalment, els alumnes han aplicat al seu restaurant diferents ofertes (descomptes per grups grans, descomptes als xiquets, suplements per entregues a domicili, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Ha estat una gran experi\u00e8ncia. Tots els alumnes han gaudit molt amb el treball, han presentat propostes molt interessants i han apr\u00e8s la import\u00e0ncia de les matem\u00e0tiques en la nostra vida quotidiana.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 podeu trobar uns dels restaurants que m\u00e9s \u00e8xit va tindre i que m\u00e9s valoraci\u00f3 positiva va obtenir per la resta de companys.
