La finalitat d&#8217;aquest projecte \u00e9s la millora cont\u00ednua del model de pr\u00e0ctiques dels estudiants universitaris. Assignar valor als centres formadors com a institucions clau en la formaci\u00f3 inicial de la funci\u00f3 docent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">2. Professionalitzar i recon\u00e8ixer la tasca d\u2019acompanyament dels mentors de centre i dels tutors de les universitats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">3. Incorporar l\u2019estudiant universitari al centre formador com a agent actiu que col\u00b7labora en el desenvolupament del projecte educatiu de centre, alhora que es retroalimenta per millorar el desenvolupament professional i personal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">4.
