{"id":1666,"date":"2017-12-05T17:06:58","date_gmt":"2017-12-05T16:06:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesalfacs\/?page_id=1666"},"modified":"2018-01-31T10:49:36","modified_gmt":"2018-01-31T09:49:36","slug":"tei","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesalfacs\/linstitut\/tei\/","title":{"rendered":"TEI-Tutoria entre iguals"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"entry-title\" data-fontsize=\"25\" data-lineheight=\"45\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.imaginaradio.cat\/2017\/06\/06\/la-rapita-fa-front-a-lassetjament-escolar-amb-el-programa-tutoria-entre-iguals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">La R\u00e0pita fa front a l\u2019assetjament escolar amb el programa \u2018Tutoria Entre Iguals\u2019<\/a><\/h1>\n<p><strong>INTRODUCCI\u00d3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El PROGRAMA TEI, del que \u00e9s autor Andr\u00e9s Gonz\u00e1lez Bellido, inicia el seu desenvolupament en el 2002 i el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;implementaci\u00f3 en centres educatius de prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria en el 2003.<br \/>\n\u00c9s un programa de conviv\u00e8ncia institucional que implica a tota la comunitat educativa, s&#8217;orienta a millorar la integraci\u00f3 escolar i treballar per una escola inclusiva i no violenta, fomentant que les relacions entre iguals siguin m\u00e9s satisfact\u00f2ries, dirigit a la millora o modificaci\u00f3 del clima i la cultura del centre respecte a la conviv\u00e8ncia, conflicte i viol\u00e8ncia (f\u00edsica, emocional o psicol\u00f2gica)<br \/>\nEs basa en la tutoritzaci\u00f3 emocional entre iguals on el respecte, l&#8217;empatia i el comprom\u00eds s\u00f3n els pilars b\u00e0sics del seu desenvolupament als centres educatius:<br \/>\nEn secund\u00e0ria els alumnes de 3r s\u00f3n tutors emocionals dels de 1r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OBJECTIUS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sensibilitzar a la tota la comunitat educativa sobre els efectes de la viol\u00e8ncia.<br \/>\n&#8211; Conscienciar a la comunitat educativa sobre les causes de la viol\u00e8ncia i informar sobre les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies personals, socials i educatives.<br \/>\n&#8211; Facilitar el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;integraci\u00f3 d&#8217;alumnes, cap a una educaci\u00f3 inclusiva.<br \/>\n&#8211; Crear un referent (tutor\/a) per afavorir l&#8217;autoestima i disminuir la inseguretat que provoquen els espais i les situacions desconegudes.<br \/>\n&#8211; Apoderar \u00a0l&#8217;alumnat com a subjecte din\u00e0mic de la conviv\u00e8ncia, en la prevenci\u00f3 de la viol\u00e8ncia.<br \/>\n&#8211; Desenvolupar l&#8217;empatia i el comprom\u00eds individual i del grup classe (espectadors) davant el sofriment de les v\u00edctimes d&#8217;actes de viol\u00e8ncia i assetjament escolar.<br \/>\n&#8211; Compensar el desequilibri de poder i for\u00e7a propi de la viol\u00e8ncia i l&#8217;assetjament des d&#8217;una perspectiva preventiva i dissuasiva.<br \/>\n&#8211; Integrar la \u201cTOLER\u00c0NCIA ZERO\u201d respecte a la viol\u00e8ncia i maltractament, com un tret d&#8217;identitat del centre educatiu.<br \/>\n&#8211; Desenvolupar i compartir la XARXA DE CENTRES, TEI, TOLER\u00c0NCIA ZERO respecte a la viol\u00e8ncia i l&#8217;assetjament escolar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesalfacs\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu209\/2017\/12\/diagrama.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1738\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesalfacs\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu209\/2017\/12\/diagrama.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"832\" height=\"644\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesalfacs\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu209\/2017\/12\/diagrama.png 832w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesalfacs\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu209\/2017\/12\/diagrama-300x232.png 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesalfacs\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu209\/2017\/12\/diagrama-768x594.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 832px) 100vw, 832px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019Institut \u201cEls Alfacs\u201d, despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver \u2013se format el professorat per poder dur a terme el projecte, ja han comen\u00e7at a implementar-lo des de principis d\u2019aquest curs 2017-2018. El primer que s\u2019ha realitzat durant aquest 1r trimestre ha estat la presentaci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat dels cursos afectats, \u00e9s a dir, 1r i 3r d\u2019ESO i realitzar activitats de presentaci\u00f3 de tutors i tutoritzats despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver \u2013se fet les parelles pertinents per part del grup impulsor del projecte al centre.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lloc, els alumnes de 1r d\u2019ESO i els de 3r, per tal de con\u00e8ixer-se, van estar xarrant de com van ser els seus inicis a l\u2019institut i si van tindre cap dificultat. A m\u00e9s, van comentar si havien fet noves amistats al centre i si encara conservaven les que havien fet a Prim\u00e0ria, explicant cadasc\u00fa de quin centre procedia. Tamb\u00e9 van tractar de les coses que m\u00e9s els agrada de l\u2019institut i si n\u2019hi havia alguna que canviarien. Per acabar, van compartir les seues aficions, les activitats extraescolars que realitzaven i qu\u00e8 voldrien fer en el futur, tant pel que fa als estudis com al m\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Una representant dels tutors i tutores de 3r d\u2019ESO , J\u00falia Bell\u00e9s, explicava que \u201c\u00e9s una experi\u00e8ncia molt bonica, ja que tu mateix et sents satisfet d\u2019ajudar els m\u00e9s menuts i que a mi tamb\u00e9 m\u2019hauria agradat tenir un tutor\/a per a ajudar-me en tots els problemes que hagu\u00e9s tingut&#8230; A la primera classe, es veia els nens molt alegres i entregats, amb il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 de con\u00e8ixer el seu tutor i compartir experi\u00e8ncies. La primera quedada sols va ser molt bonica ja que ell (Vasile Zancu, de 1r) em va explicar tot el que li passava i no va tenir vergonya ni cap prohibici\u00f3.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a
