A mig mat\u00ed ja posaven cremes i banyadors per fer el primer testatge al <a href=\"https:\/\/castelloempuriabrava.com\/club-nautic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Club N\u00e0utic Empuriabrava<\/a>. Van comen\u00e7ar amb una sessi\u00f3 de <strong>caiac<\/strong> fent una ruta i <strong>jocs<\/strong> a mar obert mentre l&#8217;altra meitat de la classe treballava la cohesi\u00f3 de grup amb jocs cooperatius i l\u00fadics sobre una taula gegant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despr\u00e9s de dinar, el grup va fer una iniciaci\u00f3 al <em>windsurf <\/em>(surf de vela) mentre a la sorra feien volar estels. Ja al vespre, uns companys del grup van dinamitzar com un<strong> grup redu\u00eft d&#8217;investigadors<\/strong> dirigia una ruta pel riu Muga amb un capvespre preci\u00f3s per acabar a la platja amb un mini joc popular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un cop sopat seria el moment d&#8217;agafar les llanternes i s\u2019apropaven a la vora de la platja on un altre grup d&#8217;alumnes disfressats de pirates organitzaven i dinamitzaven el que serien els primers jocs de nit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El segon dia comen\u00e7ava amb un esmorzar variad\u00edssim. Un cop ben plens, es posaven el banyador, direcci\u00f3 l\u2019escola de vela.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En arribar al club, es distribu\u00efen en dos grups, uns comen\u00e7aven fent un <strong><em>aquachallenge<\/em> <\/strong>i, els altres, nusos. Aprendre els <strong>nusos<\/strong> b\u00e0sics els serviria per intentar muntar una bassa amb fustes i bidons que despr\u00e9s hav\u00edem de fer flotar a l&#8217;aigua (encara que no els va ser de gran ajuda perqu\u00e8 la bassa creada no va aconseguir ser del tot estable).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despr\u00e9s de dinar l&#8217;alumnat va rebre una petita explicaci\u00f3 sobre les pr\u00e0ctiques duals i, m\u00e9s tard, van gaudir d\u2019una estona de temps lliure per la platja d\u2019Empuriabrava. Seguidament, agafaven de nou el <em>windsurf<\/em> per perfeccionar les lli\u00e7ons apreses durant el transcurs del dia anterior i aprenien a virar i fer maniobres amb ell.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A la tarda, un altre grup d&#8217;alumnes disfressats de <strong>policies<\/strong> organitzava una gimcana per la platja d\u2019Empuriabrava per tal de con\u00e8ixer m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre l\u2019Alt Empord\u00e0. Els futurs dinamitzadors marxaven a sopar per reposar energia per l\u2019\u00faltima activitat del dia de la millor manera possible, els alumnes encarregats de l\u2019activitat nocturna van realitzar un <em>passa paraula<\/em> al qual van gaudir durant una hora i mitja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ja el tercer i \u00faltim dia darrere els intensos dies tocava les \u00faltimes sessions al riu Muga. Els alumnes van aprendre a <strong>muntar el vaixell de Vela<\/strong> per poder fer un passeig pel riu aprenent tamb\u00e9 a conduir i fer viratges amb aquest. Finalment per tornar a la calma d&#8217;aquests dies intensos, tocava practicar ioga sobre les taules de <em>paddle<\/em> surf al riu per despr\u00e9s aixecar-se i fer una volta al mar amb els <em>paddle<\/em> surf.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un cop acabada les dues sessions matinals ja era hora d&#8217;acomiadar-se i els alumnes tornaven a casa amb una experi\u00e8ncia
