{"id":21081,"date":"2023-05-22T12:49:13","date_gmt":"2023-05-22T10:49:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesagustiserra\/?page_id=21081"},"modified":"2024-06-26T09:52:11","modified_gmt":"2024-06-26T07:52:11","slug":"diganosi","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesagustiserra\/estrategia-digital-de-centre-edc\/estrategia\/diganosi\/","title":{"rendered":"Diagnosi"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>DIAGNOSI<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El primer pas per poder elaborar l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia digital de centre ha estat elaborar la diagnosi, per fer-la la comissi\u00f3 digital del centre va decidir emprar diferents eines diagn\u00f2stiques:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Eina Selfie<\/strong>: una eina gratu\u00efta, creada per la Comissi\u00f3 Europea, per ajudar els centres educatius a fer una diagnosi del seu grau d\u2019implementaci\u00f3 de les tecnologies digitals. A donada resposta al q\u00fcestionari Selfie el 67% de l\u2019equip directiu, el <span style=\"color: #333333;\">43<\/span>% de l\u2019equip docent i el <span style=\"color: #333333;\">65<\/span>% de l\u2019alumnat (s\u2019ha passat a l\u2019alumnat de 3r i 4t de l&#8217;ESO i 2n de Batxillerat).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enquesta per avaluar la compet\u00e8ncia digital instrumental docent<\/strong> que han contestat un total de <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">49 docents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Enquesta a les fam\u00edlies<\/strong> per poder recollir la seva visi\u00f3 sobre la maduresa digital del centre. En aquest cas han respost un total de <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">117<\/span> <\/span>fam\u00edlies de l\u2019institut.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Diagnosi qualitativa<\/strong>\u00a0elaborada a partir de\u00a0<strong>l\u2019observaci\u00f3 i l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de la realitat<\/strong>\u00a0per part del grup impulsor dins la Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019Estrat\u00e8gia Digital de Centre. S\u2019ha analitzat: comunicaci\u00f3 (portal de centre, intranet\u2026), desenvolupament curricular, infraestructures i recursos i el seu \u00fas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partir de l\u2019an\u00e0lisi d\u2019aquestes eines, s\u2019han detectat els<strong> punts forts i punts febles<\/strong>, que ens permetran establir els objectius de l\u2019Estrat\u00e8gia Digital i ens ajudaran a establir i millorar la Cultura Digital del Centre.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">PUNTS FORTS<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es valora positivament:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El fet de tenir dispositius digitals per poder treballar, tant per alumnes com per professors. C8, C2<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per part del professorat i equip directiu, l&#8217;\u00fas de tecnologies digitals per les comunicacions relacionades amb el centre. E4.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per part de l\u2019alumnat, l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019entorns virtuals d\u2019aprenentatge (Moodle, Classroom). E3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per part del professorat, la recerca a internet i la creaci\u00f3 de recursos digitals per fer servir a classe. E1, E2.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de compet\u00e8ncia digital, l\u2019alumnat apr\u00e8n a comunicar-se i treballar en grup fent servir la tecnologia; i a crear contingut digital. F5, H8, H7.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s, el professorat se sent sostingut per l\u2019equip directiu a l\u2019hora de fer servir la tecnologia per la seva pr\u00e0ctica docent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>PUNTS FEBLES<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aspectes amb marge de millora:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cal definir una estrat\u00e8gia digital. A1.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cal millorar l\u2019\u00fas de la tecnologia digital per tal d\u2019avaluar els progressos en mat\u00e8ria d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge. B1<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cal afavorir el debat sobre els avantatges i inconvenients de fer servir la tecnologia per l\u2019aprenentatge. B2. I es fa servir poc per col\u00b7laborar amb altres organitzacions. B3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de la tecnologia en les pr\u00e0ctiques d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 rep baixes puntuacions tamb\u00e9 per part dels alumnes. Veure preguntes G3 sobre retroalimentaci\u00f3 adequada, G5 sobre autoreflexi\u00f3 i G6 sobre coavaluaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019acc\u00e9s a internet rep una baixa puntuaci\u00f3 per part dels professors i una mica millor, tot i ser baixa, per part dels alumnes. C3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pel que fa a la formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua del professorat, caldria afavorir l\u2019intercanvi d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies dins del centre sobre l\u2019ensenyament amb tecnologies digitals, D3, aix\u00ed com una major participaci\u00f3 del professorat en la definici\u00f3 de les seves necessitats formatives.
