Van aprofitar l\u2019estada per fer observacions a les aules per aprendre sobre un model d&#8217;aprenentatge per projectes reals vinculats al l&#8217;entorn, aix\u00ed com per reunir-se amb l&#8217;equip docent i l&#8217;equip directiu per con\u00e8ixer f\u00f3rmules organitzatives que fomenten l&#8217;aprenentatge i el creixement personal i social.<\/p>\n<p>Fins i tot, van ajudar els estudiants a preparar el seu \u201cTransform Event\u201d, un dia molt important per a tota la comunitat, ja que \u00e9s quan tanquen el projecte amb qu\u00e8 han estat treballant durant dos mesos, i expliquen qu\u00e8 han apr\u00e8s a les fam\u00edlies i als altres companys, en aquest cas fent una fira.<\/p>\n<p>Aviat les docents traslladaran al claustre tot all\u00f2 que han apr\u00e8s per comparar el seu sistema amb el nostre, aprendre\u2019n i agafar-ne idees per poder seguir avan\u00e7ant cap a un model que posa l\u2019aprenentage i el vincle al centre dels processos educatius.<\/p>\n<p>Volem agrair a l&#8217;escola l&#8217;acollida,\u00a0ens heu fet sentir com a casa: ha estat una experi\u00e8ncia molt bonica i profitosa. Esteu convidats a visitar-nos quan vulgueu!<\/p>\n<p>Mul\u021bumesc!<\/p>\n<p>[ENG] During the week of Sant Jordi, Sira and Cl\u00e0udia travelled to Romania to carry out an Erasmus+ job shadowing experience at <a href=\"https:\/\/colinainternational.com\/\">Colina International School<\/a>, located near Cluj-Napoca, the capital of Transylvania.<\/p>\n<p>During their stay, they had the opportunity to observe lessons and learn about a project-based learning model built around real-world contexts and meaningful connections with the local environment. They also met with both the teaching staff and the school leadership team to gain insight into organisational strategies that foster learning as well as students\u2019 personal and social development.<\/p>\n<p>They even supported students in preparing their \u201cTransform Event\u201d, a key moment for the whole school community. This event marks the culmination of a two-month project, during which students present what they have learned to families and peers, in this case, through a fair.<\/p>\n<p>In the coming weeks, the teachers will share their experience with the rest of the staff in order to reflect on similarities and differences between both educational systems, and to identify ideas that can help us continue moving towards a model that places learning and relationships at the heart of the educational process.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to warmly thank the school for their hospitality.
