Pot tenir diversos nivells de dificultat, fer-se en color o en blanc i negre, ser figuratiu o abstracte&#8230; per\u00f2 el que s&#8217;aconsegueix amb aquesta t\u00e8cnica es centrar la ment, concentrar-se a un altre nivell. Es pot utilitzar com a m\u00e8tode per escoltar, per organitzar-se, per pensar en com es faran els deures o s&#8217;estudiar\u00e0&#8230; i les decisions que es prenen, el que s&#8217;escolta o s&#8217;est\u00e0 estudiant s&#8217;assimila amb m\u00e9s facilitat.<\/p>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 succeeix aix\u00f2?
