Per tal que el creixement i el desenvolupament tant f\u00edsic com mental es produeixin d\u2019una manera adequada \u00e9s imprescindible facilitar una alimentaci\u00f3 que cobreixi les necessitats nutricionals <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-pericot\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu807\/2018\/10\/cireres.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1183 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-pericot\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu807\/2018\/10\/cireres.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"40\" height=\"57\" \/><\/a>pr\u00f2pies de cada etapa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>El mat\u00ed \u00e9s molt llarg i cal venir a l&#8217;institut amb energia, per aix\u00f2 us recordem que \u00e9s important menjar alguna cosa de bon mat\u00ed i no venir en dej\u00fa. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s necessari dur un petit refrigeri per menjar a l&#8217;hora de pati ja que sin\u00f3, arribar a finals del mat\u00ed, resulta complicat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Conv\u00e9, doncs, potenciar aspectes que incideixin en la recuperaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 mediterr\u00e0nia, \u00e9s a dir, afavorir opcions com s\u00f3n: <strong>el consum de cereals, en especial els rics en fibra, les fruites fresques del temps i la fruita seca<\/strong>, l&#8217;<strong>oli d\u2019oliva, etc. <\/strong>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important adoptar h\u00e0bits alimentaris estructurats: primer un esmorzar complet a casa, i fer un bon repartiment de la ingesta di\u00e0ria entre quatre i sis \u00e0pats, adequant les quantitats de les racions a les necessitats individuals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Us recordem que en una dieta sana no hi entren els processats com s\u00f3n: la brioixeria industrial, les patates fregides, les galetes, els refrescos, etc.<\/strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1182 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc-pericot\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu807\/2018\/10\/pressec.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"52\" height=\"56\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 us deixem algunes recomanacions de l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia de Salut P\u00fablica de Catalunya.
