Des de la rampa helicoidal que condu\u00efa cotxes i carruatges al gran soterrani des dels badalots i xemeneies del terrat, hem gaudit de celoberts, fa\u00e7anes, pisos principals i principis constructius originals d&#8217;un geni com el de mur cortina que posa a la fa\u00e7ana les ondulacions del mar, o la senzillesa r\u00edtmica dels arcs de caten\u00e0ries sense cel ras a les golfes.
