Last month, the students of the Institut Vacarisses sent an email with some questions to have an interview with the director of the short film “Clips per salvar el m\u00f3n”. Today, the director has responded to the interview and has recorded a greetings video.<\/p>\n

-\u00bfCrees que la Tierra terminar\u00e1 siendo el planeta del extraterrestre?<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n Creo que dentro de la historia, los terr\u00edcolas tendr\u00edamos mucha suerte de tener a estos extraterestres como visitantes. Al ser de otro lugar con otra cultura completamente diferente, podemos tener la suerte de aprender mucho de ellos, y quiero pensar que podr\u00edamos compartir nuestro hogar con ellos, aprendiendo unos de otros.<\/em><\/p>\n – Do you think that the Earth will end up being the planet of the extraterrestrial?<\/strong><\/p>\n I think that in the history of earthlings, we would be very lucky to have these aliens as visitors. Being from another place with a completely different culture, we would be fortunate to learn a lot from them, and I want to think that we could share our home with them and learn from each other.<\/p>\n -\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 decidiste hacer esta pel\u00edcula? \u00bfC\u00f3mo te inspiraste?<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n La historia del cortometraje viene dada por un proyecto educativo, realizar un c\u00f3mic con estos personajes tratando como base el cambio clim\u00e1tico y qu\u00e9 podemos hacer para mitigarlo. Cada alumno hizo su propio c\u00f3mic con estos personajes y su propia historia.<\/em><\/p>\n -Why did you decide to make this movie? How did you get inspired? <\/strong><\/p>\n The story of the short film is given by an educational project, to make a comic with these characters based on climate change and what can we do to mitigate it. Students made their own comic with these characters and their own stories.<\/p>\n -\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la parte de la pel\u00edcula que m\u00e1s te gusta?<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n Hay varios momentos, por ejemplo cuando cada uno de los ni\u00f1os reflexiona sobre lo que ha estado haciendo: tirar un bocata al suelo para irse a jugar, y al contar Blup lo que pas\u00f3 en su planeta se da cuenta de la falta de alimentos y de que algo que parece una tonter\u00eda no es nada correcto cuando hay otra gente pasando hambre.<\/em><\/p>\n O por ejemplo cuando Ayoub le recuerda a Blup que tiene las luces encendidas de la nave y \u00e9l a\u00fan sigue malgastando energ\u00eda, porque hay veces que las personas que nos quieren decir como debemos hacer las cosas aunque tengan raz\u00f3n en lo que dicen ellos tambi\u00e9n cometen errores, los errores los cometemos todos, y entre todos debemos ayudarnos para mejorar.<\/em><\/p>\n Otro momento que pasa muyyy desapercibido, pero esa es la idea, es que el final del corto, el bocata que Mar hab\u00eda tirado al suelo y se hab\u00eda arrepentido de hacer eso, quer\u00eda hacer algo para poder remediar lo que ya hab\u00eda hecho, y obviamente despu\u00e9s de estar en el suelo ella no se lo debe comer, por lo que lo reutiliza, primero tira el papel a la papelera y despu\u00e9s le da las migas de pan a un pajarito.<\/em><\/p>\n -What is the part of the movie you like most? <\/strong><\/p>\n There are several moments, for example when one of the children reflects on what they have been doing. When Blup explains what happened on his planet, the child realizes the lack of food, and that something that seems silly is not right, when there are other people starving.<\/p>\n I like also when Ayoub reminds Blup that he has the lights on the ship and that he is still wasting energy. Sometimes, people who want to tell us how we should do things, even if they are right in what they say, they also make mistakes, we all make mistakes, and together we must help each other to improve.<\/p>\n At the end of the short film, there is a moment that goes quite unnoticed, even if that’s the idea. Mar had thrown a sandwich to the ground and regretted doing that, she wanted to do something to remedy what she had already done. Obviously, she can not eat the sanhwich after being on the floor, so she reuses it. Yo he tenido la suerte de poder desarrollarlo y dirigirlo. Ha habido personas con mucho arte a mi alrededor que han hecho posible que el cortometraje alcanzase esa calidad.<\/em><\/p>\n – Are you proud of your short film?<\/strong><\/p>\n Yes, I am very proud of all the work done by all the people who have participated in it. I have been fortunate to be able to develop and direct it.
