Per aquest motiu, estem reproduint a l&#8217;aula algunes de les proves que es duen a terme en aquests processos.<\/p>\n<p>La primera prova ha estat una din\u00e0mica de grup en qu\u00e8, a partir d&#8217;una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 aleat\u00f2ria, un grup de candidats han de debatre i arribar a acords sobre les possibles solucions d&#8217;aquesta, mentre que la resta d&#8217;alumnat adopta el rol de personal de recursos humans i valora com interactuen els candidats i qui t\u00e9 les habilitats m\u00e9s adequades per diversos llocs de treball.
