Per poder sol\u00b7licitar la convalidaci\u00f3 d&#8217;algun m\u00f2dul professional, heu d&#8217;emplenar la <strong>sol\u00b7licitud de convalidaci\u00f3 (pas 1)<\/strong> i annexar-la, juntament amb la documentaci\u00f3 corresponent, <strong>al formulari (pas 3)<\/strong> no m\u00e9s tard del 31 d&#8217;octubre.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong>PAS 1. Ha de ser certificat oficial i expedit pel centre educatiu on s\u2019han cursat i superat els cr\u00e8dits o m\u00f2duls corresponents (en cas de presentar un certificat d&#8217;un cicle LOE \u00e9s imprescindible que aparegui el detall de les unitats formatives aprovades). Els butlletins de notes o informes d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 no s\u00f3n v\u00e0lids.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Per a convalidacions d\u2019estudis universitaris:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Original o c\u00f2pia simple dels programes oficials de les mat\u00e8ries o assignatures cursades, degudament segellats pel centre universitari corresponent (pla d\u2019estudis universitari).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Certificat acad\u00e8mic de qualificacions expedit per la universitat on constin les mat\u00e8ries cursades i superades per l&#8217;alumne\/a.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong>PAS 3.
