professors que s\u2019encarreguen d&#8217;atendre l&#8217;alumnat nouvingut a l\u2019Aula d\u2019Acollida.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Mireia \u00e9s la T\u00e8cnica d\u2019Integraci\u00f3 Social (TIS).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qu\u00e8 fem?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La nostra tasca principal consisteix en <\/span><b>assessorar i acompanyar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 i orientaci\u00f3 personal, acad\u00e8mica i professional de l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Pla d\u2019Acci\u00f3 Tutorial del centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019elecci\u00f3 de mesures i suports i, els criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 per atendre a la diversitat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La inclusi\u00f3, la resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes i la conviv\u00e8ncia dels grups.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Com ho fem?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Alumnes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vetllem pel seu <\/span><b>benestar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> emocional i el seu <\/span><b>creixement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> personal i acad\u00e8mic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuidem <\/span><b>l\u2019acollida i l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dels alumnes a primer d\u2019ESO, ja que el canvi d\u2019etapa suposa un proc\u00e9s complex.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Donem suport oferint un espai poder compartir <\/span><b>inquietuds personals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i aprendre estrat\u00e8gies per resoldre conflictes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fem un <\/span><b>seguiment individualitzat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> als alumnes que ho requereixen per motius personals, socials i\/o acad\u00e8mics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acompanyem en la <\/span><b>presa de decisions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> personals, acad\u00e8miques i\/o professionals.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Professorat:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Donem <\/span><b>suport dins 400;\">Treballem la mediaci\u00f3 i d\u2019altres t\u00e8cniques per tenir una visi\u00f3 global de la <\/span><b>resoluci\u00f3 dels conflictes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> partint del di\u00e0leg i l\u2019escolta activa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Col\u00b7laborem per treballar de manera transversal la <\/span><b>compet\u00e8ncia personal i social<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajudem a <\/span><b>gestionar la diversitat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de les aules oferint recursos educatius i 400;\">Acompanyem al llarg de l\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3 per <\/span><b>ajudar a entendre <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">als seus fills\/es.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creem un <\/span><b>vincle de comprom\u00eds<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per aconseguir l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resolem <\/span><b>els dubtes, les inquietuds o els reptes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que sorgeixen en l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s, <\/span><b>treballem en xarxa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> coordinant-nos amb les <\/span><b>escoles adscrites de prim\u00e0ria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>l\u2019Equip d\u2019Assessorament i Orientaci\u00f3 Psicopedag\u00f2gica (EAP)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i la professional sanit\u00e0ria de refer\u00e8ncia del programa <\/span><b>Salut i Escola, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entre d\u2019altres serveis externs de
