{"id":2721,"date":"2019-11-23T22:31:29","date_gmt":"2019-11-23T21:31:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-santaeulalia\/?p=2721"},"modified":"2019-11-23T22:32:34","modified_gmt":"2019-11-23T21:32:34","slug":"un-gir-de-174-graus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-santaeulalia\/portada\/un-gir-de-174-graus\/","title":{"rendered":"Un gir de 174 graus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Donem el tret de sortida a la campanya de publicitat\u00a0<strong>\u201cUn gir de 174 graus\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0que t\u00e9 per objectiu\u00a0<strong>millorar la percepci\u00f3 i ampliar el coneixement que es t\u00e9 de la Formaci\u00f3 Professional en tota la seva dimensi\u00f3: la inicial, la dual, la ocupacional i la cont\u00ednua. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquesta campanya, impulsada pels departaments d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, de Treball, Afers Socials i Fam\u00edlies, i de Vicepresid\u00e8ncia, fa una\u00a0<strong>aposta clara per potenciar aquests estudis i aconseguir una major implicaci\u00f3 i coresponsabilitat de tots els agents socials i econ\u00f2mics vinculats, especialment en l\u2019FP dual.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2722 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-santaeulalia\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu44\/2019\/11\/4.7.1730549394_LaVanguardia_20191119_CAS_CAT-992x558@LaVanguardia-Web.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"362\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2723 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-santaeulalia\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu44\/2019\/11\/0000099461.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"256\" height=\"352\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La campanya, que s\u2019ha fet amb actors reals per dotar-la de m\u00e9s veracitat,\u00a0<strong>s\u2019adre\u00e7a tant a alumnes, persones en situaci\u00f3 d\u2019atur, persones que poden tenir inter\u00e8s en fer un reciclatge formatiu, a l\u2019empresa per fer veure els avantatges de la seva implicaci\u00f3 en l\u2019FP i tamb\u00e9 al conjunt de les fam\u00edlies i de la societat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De la mateixa manera,\u00a0<strong>es vol promoure aquelles fam\u00edlies professionals que m\u00e9s necessita el mercat laboral<\/strong>\u00a0i al mateix temps, situant a dones en aquelles professions m\u00e9s masculinitzades i a homes en sectors feminitzats, com el de serveis i atenci\u00f3 a les persones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A Catalunya\u00a0<strong>actualment es poden cursar 174 t\u00edtols d\u2019FP, de 24 fam\u00edlies professionals diferents.<\/strong>\u00a0D\u2019aquests t\u00edtols, 37 s\u00f3n adaptacions curriculars que s\u2019adeq\u00fcen a les noves necessitats de les empreses i del territori. Dels 174, un total de 72 s\u00f3n de t\u00e8cnics en cicles formatius de grau mitj\u00e0 i 102, de t\u00e8cnic superior.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La formaci\u00f3 professional tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 al servei de les persones treballadores.<\/strong>\u00a0Per una banda, \u00a0el Servei P\u00fablic d\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3 de Catalunya (SOC) s\u2019encarrega de la\u00a0<strong>Formaci\u00f3 Professional per a l\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0adre\u00e7ada a persones en situaci\u00f3 d\u2019atur, amb la finalitat de millorar la qualificaci\u00f3 professional i la capacitat d&#8217;inserci\u00f3 o reinserci\u00f3 laboral a trav\u00e9s de la consecuci\u00f3 i el perfeccionament de les compet\u00e8ncies.<\/p>\n<p>I per l\u2019altra, el Consorci per a la Formaci\u00f3 Cont\u00ednua de Catalunya, s\u2019encarrega de la\u00a0<strong>Formaci\u00f3 Professional Cont\u00ednua<\/strong>, adre\u00e7ada a persones treballadores en actiu.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2725 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-santaeulalia\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu44\/2019\/11\/campanya.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"339\" height=\"949\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Si posem el focus en la inserci\u00f3 laboral, veiem que\u00a0<strong>passats 6 mesos m\u00e9s del 50% de les persones que han passat per un curs troben feina, i passat un any gaireb\u00e9 el 70% han estat contractades o s\u2019han donat d\u2019alta com aut\u00f2noms.<\/strong>\u00a0Aix\u00ed mateix, les dades d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua mostren que\u00a0<strong>el 90% de les persones participants declaren que la formaci\u00f3 els ha perm\u00e8s adquirir noves habilitats o capacitats aplicables al lloc de treball<\/strong>\u00a0i que aquestes afavoreixen el manteniment del lloc de treball i\/o la mobilitat laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Cal destacar, que\u00a0<strong>un dels objectius de la campanya \u00e9s afavorir l\u2019equitat de g\u00e8nere en l\u2019alumnat que cursa FP<\/strong>. En aquest sentit, el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, a partir d\u2019aquest curs bonificar\u00e0 la matriculaci\u00f3 de dones en els cicles de formatius de grau superior vinculats al sector industrial. De cara al vinent, est\u00e0 treballant per incrementar aquesta possibilitat en altres sectors en qu\u00e8 es produeixi disparitat de g\u00e8nere i demanda laboral.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva banda, el Departament de Treball, Afers Socials i Fam\u00edlies impulsa mesures d\u2019igualtat amb la prioritzaci\u00f3 de determinats col\u00b7lectius, entre ells les dones, i l\u2019impuls de plans concrets adre\u00e7ats a garantir aquesta igualtat.<\/p>\n<p>Amb aquesta campanya\u00a0<strong>tamb\u00e9 es vol contribuir a la lluita contra l\u2019atur.<\/strong>\u00a0 L\u2019FP \u00e9s una\u00a0<strong>opci\u00f3 id\u00f2nia per als joves, at\u00e8s que els prepara adequadament per inserir-se amb avantatge al m\u00f3n laboral.<\/strong>\u00a0De fet, per cinqu\u00e8 any consecutiu, l\u2019Estudi d\u2019inserci\u00f3 laboral dels Ensenyaments Professionals 2018, elaborat a partir de l\u2019enquesta als graduats d\u2019FP entre els sis i els nou mesos d\u2019haver-se graduat, indica que\u00a0<strong>creix la xifra d\u2019inserci\u00f3 laboral de les persones graduades en ensenyaments professionals<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un altre dels reptes de la campanya \u00e9s\u00a0<strong>impulsar la implicaci\u00f3 i coresponsabilitat dels agents socials i econ\u00f2mics, especialment de les empreses, per tal que s\u2019acullin a l\u2019opci\u00f3 de cursar l\u2019FP dual.<\/strong>\u00a0Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s important donar a con\u00e8ixer quins beneficis t\u00e9 la modalitat dual i explicar el proc\u00e9s per accedir-hi amb l\u2019objectiu final
