Incorporation of English in vocational training
The needs of an integrated labor market in the EU make the English language essential in the labour insertion of vocational training students.
On the other hand, it is necessary to give answer to the commitment with the educational aims on the English language posed for the next years for the same European Union.
In order to incorporate and standardize the use of English in professional situations and in decision making in the workplace, we must desing teaching and learning activities that incorporate the use of English at least in one of the subjects of the studies, except the English language subject or the Second foreing language subject, according to the learning results and assessment criteria set out in the guidance document published for each training cycle in the section “Formació professional” from the XTEC webpage.
The school will set the subject or subjects and develop activities in English.
