La dieta sostenible elimina els riscos per a la salut, i a la vegada, \u00e9s beneficiosa per al planeta perqu\u00e8 t\u00e9 en compte les repercussions socials i ambientals en la producci\u00f3 i distribuci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments, optant per aquells que deixen menor petjada ecol\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n<p>Les claus per seguir-la s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>optar per la consumici\u00f3 d\u2019aliments de proximitat, l\u2019augment d\u2019aliments vegetals, rebaixar al m\u00e0xim el consum d&#8217;aliments tractats com sucs, salses, etc., que sempre els podem fer nosaltres, consumir cereals integrals, rebaixar la ingesta de carn vermella i greixos saturats, triar ous de granja o ecol\u00f2gics, optar per conserves naturals d&#8217;aliments, com la dessecaci\u00f3 o la conservaci\u00f3, etc.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>BASES DEL CONCURS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Hi pot participar tot l\u2019alumnat, el professorat i el PAS.<\/li>\n<li>Les fotografies han de ser fetes pels participants, no es poden fer fotomuntatges i cal que siguin originals.
