La mediaci\u00f3 escolar contribueix a resoldre conflictes entre els membres de la comunitat educativa mitjan\u00e7ant un di\u00e0leg constructiu que ajudi a trobar, si \u00e9s possible, solucions justes i positives per les persones inicialment enfrontades. En l’equip de mediadors hi participa professorat, alumnat i pares o mares de centre.<\/p>\n
Els alumnes que es troben en situacions de conflicte poden sol\u00b7licitar la intervenci\u00f3 del servei de mediaci\u00f3 als seus tutors o tutores, o l’equip de mediaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n
