{"id":5151,"date":"2021-02-01T16:11:55","date_gmt":"2021-02-01T15:11:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-rubio-hospitalet\/?p=5151"},"modified":"2021-02-01T16:11:55","modified_gmt":"2021-02-01T15:11:55","slug":"projecte-poefa-coneixer-catalunya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-rubio-hospitalet\/general\/projecte-poefa-coneixer-catalunya\/","title":{"rendered":"Projecte POEFA: Con\u00e8ixer Catalunya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El projecte <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>CON\u00c8IXER CATALUNYA<\/strong><\/span>, emmarcat dins dels <\/span><b><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Projectes amb Oportunitats d\u2019\u00c8xit educatiu a Favor de l\u2019Alumnat (#POEFA)<\/span>,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9s un projecte escolar amb actuacions innovadores de suport i reforc\u0327 per reduir i prevenir l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur i fomentar la igualtat d\u2019acce\u0301s a una educacio\u0301 de qualitat en les etapes de prima\u0300ria, secunda\u0300ria obligato\u0300ria i batxillerat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest projecte escolar d\u00f3na suport a diverses necessitats educatives de l\u2019alumnat de tota l\u2019ESO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El projecte t\u00e9 com a finalitat afavorir la inclusi\u00f3 de tots els alumnes del centre i facilitar la participaci\u00f3 en activitats de conviv\u00e8ncia i descoberta de l&#8217;entorn proper amb un component l\u00fadic.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volem que tots i totes puguin participar en la sortida &#8220;Con\u00e8ixer Catalunya&#8221;, que consisteix en la descoberta de llocs emblem\u00e0tics del seu entorn en horari lectiu. Oferir la igualtat d&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;activitat esdev\u00e9 una bona oportunitat per millorar la conviv\u00e8ncia del grup.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #3366ff;\"><b>OBJECTIUS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aprofundir en el coneixement i la cohesi\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat de cada grup.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con\u00e8ixer indrets significatius de Catalunya relacionats amb la cultura, la hist\u00f2ria i d\u2019altres coneixements en general a partir de diferents visites guiades i de treball.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implicar tot l\u2019institut des de primer d\u2019ESO fins a Batxillerat dins un projecte conjunt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refor\u00e7ar les compet\u00e8ncies en les diferents \u00e0rees, incidint sobretot en les de l\u2019\u00e0mbit personal i social per acompanyar l\u2019aprenentatge de l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desplegar accions de car\u00e0cter acad\u00e8mic, l\u00fadic i convivencial amb l\u2019objectiu de facilitar la inclusi\u00f3 dels alumnes a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 de capacitats per fer-los m\u00e9s competents en el tractament dels diferents continguts treballats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El centre s\u2019implica col\u00b7lectivament en xarxes de suport i activitats complement\u00e0ries relacionades amb les activitats sol\u00b7licitades en el POEFA, per tal de participar en actuacions organitzades dins i fora del centre en el marc de la innovaci\u00f3 educativa i l\u2019equitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #3366ff;\"><b>MODALITAT<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Modalitat B<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span>Extensi\u00f3 educativa amb un component l\u00fadic.
