Per tal de poder atendre de manera atenta i conscient els nostres adolescents \u00e9s important organitzar-se com a fam\u00edlia i\u00a0 estructurar el dia. Penseu que una de les claus per a poder superar aquests dies de confinament amb certa normalitat implica <strong>aconseguir una bona organitzaci\u00f3 a casa<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important que durant el confinament <strong>diferenciem la setmana del cap de setmana<\/strong>.
