Els alumnes de 3r d’ESO han assistit a una xerrada virtual en streaming, organitzada per l\u2019ICAC, en el marc de la Setmana de la Ci\u00e8ncia de la URV, enguany del 23 al 27 de novembre.<\/h4>\n

\"\"<\/a>La xerrada, \u201c<\/strong>La creaci\u00f3 de gustos: aliments vegetals i sabors transportats a trav\u00e9s del temps\u201d<\/strong>, ha estat a c\u00e0rrec de la investigadora postgrau Alexandra Livarda<\/strong>, la qual ens ha fet un recorregut per la hist\u00f2ria dels sabors, aliments fashion i aliments de necessitat, en diferents contextos, hist\u00f2rics i culturals. Tamb\u00e9 ens ha explicat l\u2019origen d\u2019aliments que creiem que sempre els hem tingut a l\u2019abast, i el perqu\u00e8 de l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 biol\u00f2gica a diferents sabors, que sovint no s\u00f3n propis en el nostre entorn.<\/p>\n
