\"\"El\u00a0Programa d\u2019Innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica de pr\u00e0ctiques del m\u00e0ster de secund\u00e0ria<\/span>\u00a0(MUFPS)<\/strong> del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, que s\u2019imparteix al INS Pallej\u00e0 des de 2019, ha estat premiat en la categoria\u00a0Work<\/span>force Support<\/span><\/strong>,\u00a02022 European Social Service Awards. Innovation for Social Change<\/strong>, que convoca anualment el European Social Network. Aix\u00f2 suposa un\u00a0<\/em>reconeixement al treball i la professionalitat docent, la innovaci\u00f3 i l\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Aquest premi representa tamb\u00e9 dotar de ress\u00f2 internacional la nostra tasca per a la millora de la qualitat de l\u2019educaci\u00f3. \u00c9s important que les institucions europees posin en valor l\u2019educaci\u00f3 i la tasca docent. El Programa d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica incorpora millores en els processos de selecci\u00f3, acompanyament i reconeixement als centres formadors i canvis metodol\u00f2gics orientats a l\u2019aprenentatge transversal de la professi\u00f3 docent en contextos de treball col\u00b7laboratiu i amb interacci\u00f3 amb l\u2019entorn. Atorga rellev\u00e0ncia al centre formador, que l\u2019identifica com a mirall per als futurs docents.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
