Es tracta d\u2019un di\u00e0leg que s\u2019inicia quan dues persones, que es troben davant d\u2019una situaci\u00f3, decideixen volunt\u00e0riament i de manera responsable cooperar per tal de comprendre el que est\u00e0 passant i buscar la manera de solucionar-ho.<b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Caracter\u00edstiques principals de la mediaci\u00f3:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voluntarietat<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Les parts s\u00f3n lliures d\u2019acollir-se a la mediaci\u00f3 i deixar-ho en qualsevol moment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confidencialitat<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Les parts i el mediador es comprometen a no revelar el que han dit durant les sessions de mediaci\u00f3.
