href=\"https:\/\/ajuntament.barcelona.cat\/joves\/ca\/canal\/aqui-tescoltem\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aqu\u00ed t&#8217;escoltem<\/a>,\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamasqueleen.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mam\u00e1s que leen<\/a>,\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casaldelsinfants.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Casal de joves Atlas<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pssjd.org\/serveis-assitencials\/xarxa-salut-mental\/atencio-comunitaria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Servei de rehabilitaci\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.progess.com\/ca\/accio-social\/atencio-a-persones-en-risc-social\/servicio-de-deteccion-e-intervencion-en-calle-con-menores-extranjeros-sin-referentes-familiares-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">i Servei de detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gr\u00e0cies als professionals que han explicat el servei , l&#8217;alumnat podr\u00e0 dissenyar una intervenci\u00f3 real emmarcada en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cccb.org\/ca\/exposicions\/fitxa\/constellacio-grafica\/237852\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#CCCB<\/a> i el projecte <a href=\"http:\/\/totraval.org\/ca\/projectes\/apadrina-el-teu-equipament\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#ApadrinaCultura de Tot
