{"id":1326,"date":"2020-07-09T19:35:44","date_gmt":"2020-07-09T17:35:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-miquel-tarradell\/?p=1326"},"modified":"2021-01-24T19:11:44","modified_gmt":"2021-01-24T18:11:44","slug":"mobilitat-a-la-formacio-professional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-miquel-tarradell\/general\/mobilitat-a-la-formacio-professional\/","title":{"rendered":"Mobilitat a la Formaci\u00f3 Professional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Entenem que la mobilitat en els processos formatius \u00e9s una estrat\u00e8gia fonamental que permet a les persones que hi participen millorar les seves compet\u00e8ncies professionals i personals, aix\u00ed com millorar la seva empleabilitat i les compet\u00e8ncies ling\u00fc\u00edstiques. La mobilitat d\u2019alumnat i professorat \u00e9s una de les eines fonamentals per a la modernitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 i la millora de la qualitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p>Des del curs 2007, l\u2019INS Miquel Tarradell disposa de la Carta ERASMUS, el que ens permet oferir beques per a que el nostre alumnat dels cicles formatius de grau mitj\u00e0 i superior del nostre institut, pugui realitzar part del m\u00f2dul professional de Formaci\u00f3 en Centres de Treball (pr\u00e0ctiques), en empreses de pa\u00efsos de la Uni\u00f3 Europea.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment hem sol\u00b7licitat la nova carta Erasmus d\u2019educaci\u00f3 Superior ECHE (2021-2027) i estem a l\u2019espera de la seva renovaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El curs 2016-2017 hem iniciat els nostres projectes propis: organitzaci\u00f3 de forma aut\u00f2noma d&#8217;algunes estades ERASMUS+.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019institut tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s soci de dos consorcis: Departament d\u2019Ensenyament (\u201cRegional Ministry of Education\u201d) i consorci Erasmus per a pr\u00e0ctiques en empreses, coordinat per la Fundaci\u00f3 BCN Formaci\u00f3 Professional. Aquests dos consorcis proposen i desenvolupen diferents Projectes de mobilitat i formaci\u00f3, als quals tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 acc\u00e9s el nostre alumnat de cicles formatius tant de grau mitj\u00e0 com de grau superior, aix\u00ed com el nostre professorat.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta emocionant traject\u00f2ria, un total de 53 estudiants dels tres cicles formatius, han realitzat estades de mobilitat a diferents pa\u00efsos com It\u00e0lia, Finl\u00e0ndia, Fran\u00e7a i Alemanya.<\/p>\n<p>Els llocs de pr\u00e0ctiques han estat variats i molt motivadors per l\u2019alumnat. Aquests han estat: escoles bressol, centres residencials d\u2019acci\u00f3 educativa per a noies joves, centres ocupacionals per persones amb diversitat funcional, centres d\u2019acollida per a fam\u00edlies monoparentals, centres oberts per a joves, centres per persones que experimenten situacions de debilitat i fragilitat i centres per persones refugiades.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Curs 2019-20<\/p>\n<p>En el present curs ten\u00edem previstes set estades de mobilitat, les quals es durien a terme a Alemanya, Nuremberg (TEI) i a It\u00e0lia, Bologna (TAPSD). Malauradament aquestes estades no s\u2019han pogut realitzar degut a la COVID-19, tot i aix\u00ed, tan bon punt la situaci\u00f3 es normalitzi, podrem tornar a engegar les mobilitats.<\/p>\n<p>Des de la Fundaci\u00f3 FP, es gestionen dues beques per l\u2019alumnat d&#8217;Integraci\u00f3 social, el qual marxar\u00e0 a Finl\u00e0ndia a l&#8217;abril del 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Esperem que el proper any puguem continuar obrint portes per tal d&#8217;oferir nous centres de pr\u00e0ctiques per a l\u2019alumnat, i alhora, obrir-nos a noves possibilitats de participaci\u00f3 en nous projectes que enforteixin la nostra comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/photos.app.goo.gl\/fzPAr5ifYr6F6u1s8\">Acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;\u00e0lbum d&#8217;imatges<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Entenem que la mobilitat en els processos formatius \u00e9s una estrat\u00e8gia fonamental que permet a les persones que hi participen millorar les seves compet\u00e8ncies professionals i personals, aix\u00ed com millorar la seva empleabilitat i les compet\u00e8ncies ling\u00fc\u00edstiques.
