{"id":6025,"date":"2018-05-13T14:56:27","date_gmt":"2018-05-13T12:56:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/?p=6025"},"modified":"2018-05-13T15:24:50","modified_gmt":"2018-05-13T13:24:50","slug":"practiques-en-la-facultat-de-farmacia-de-la-ub","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/modul-a\/practiques-en-la-facultat-de-farmacia-de-la-ub\/","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00e0ctiques en la Facultat de Farm\u00e0cia de la UB"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2018\/05\/FARMACIA.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6026 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2018\/05\/FARMACIA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"520\" height=\"367\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2018\/05\/FARMACIA.jpg 782w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2018\/05\/FARMACIA-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2018\/05\/FARMACIA-768x542.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 520px) 100vw, 520px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per a obtenir el t\u00edtol de CFGS en Qu\u00edmica Ambiental, a m\u00e9s d\u2019aprovar la part te\u00f2rica, s\u2019han de realitzar 440 hores en un centre de treball.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el meu cas, he tingut la sort de dur a terme les pr\u00e0ctiques a la facultat de farm\u00e0cia de la UB, simult\u00e0neament amb els estudis.\u00a0E<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stic ajudant al Doctor Joan Romany\u00e0 en el seu projecte de recerca i estic molt contenta ja que encara que les pr\u00e0ctiques s\u00f3n guiades\u00a0cont amb molta autonomia i sempre se&#8217;m t\u00e9 en compte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant el temps que he estat en el laboratori he dut a terme activitats molt diverses, aix\u00ed que avorrir-se \u00e9s impossible.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Principalment, la meva tasca ha consistit en analitzat l\u2019efecte que suposa un incendi per a les propietats del s\u00f2l i als seus microorganismes&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El primer que he fet ha set simular les condicions de l\u2019incendi, aplicant diferents temperatures a un s\u00f2l i d\u2019aquesta manera observar quins s\u00f3n els canvis que suposa sobre el s\u00f2l inicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per a poder realitzar conclusions, he analitzat diferents par\u00e0metres com s\u00f3n el carboni org\u00e0nic i el total, el nitrogen, i el f\u00f2sfor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actualment, estic duguent a terme la determinaci\u00f3 del f\u00f2sfor de les diferents terres per a veure quina quantitat ha quedat disponible. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per a veure quin \u00e9s el f\u00f2sfor disponible, el primer que he fet ha set analitzar el f\u00f2sfor inorg\u00e0nic mitjan\u00e7ant la seva extracci\u00f3 amb una soluci\u00f3 alcalina de bicarbonat de sodi, tamponada a pH 8.5. Posteriorment he agitar les mostres durant mitja hora y les he filtrar. Una vegada filtrat, amb ajuda d\u2019un matr\u00e0s de 25mL he estret una al\u00edquota de 5mL de cada extracte i li he afegit 3 gotes de p-nitrofenol, preparat anteriorment, que serveix com a indicador de pH. S\u2019ha d\u2019ajustar amb un parell de gotes de H<\/span><sub><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2<\/span><\/sub><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SO<\/span><sub><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4<\/span><\/sub><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> fins que la mostra perd el color groc intens del p-nitrofenol al arribar a pH 5. Una vegada ajustat el pH he afegit un reactiu cromog\u00e8nic que desenvolupa un color blau, que \u00e9s m\u00e9s intens com m\u00e9s concentraci\u00f3 de f\u00f2sfor hi ha. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest mateix procediment, tamb\u00e9 l\u2019he dut a terme amb diferents patrons per poder realitzar una recta de calibratge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I per \u00faltim, el que he fet ha set mesurar l\u2019absorb\u00e0ncia en el espectrofot\u00f2metre a 882 nm, per poder saber, a partir de la recta de calibratge, la concentraci\u00f3 de f\u00f2sfor en els diferents s\u00f2ls.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2018\/05\/IMG_20180510_093705_139-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-6027\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2018\/05\/IMG_20180510_093705_139-1-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2018\/05\/IMG_20180510_093705_139-1-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2018\/05\/IMG_20180510_093705_139-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2018\/05\/IMG_20180510_093705_139-1-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2018\/05\/IMG_20180510_093705_139-1-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vegada obtingut el P inorg\u00e0nic el que s\u2019ha de fer \u00e9s determinar el total per poder obtenir l\u2019inorg\u00e0nic restant els dos anteriors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En aquest cas, el procediment \u00e9s pr\u00e0cticament igual per\u00f2 en lloc de fer l\u2019extracci\u00f3 amb una soluci\u00f3 alcalina, l\u2019he fet una H<\/span><sub><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2<\/span><\/sub><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SO<\/span><sub><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4<\/span><\/sub><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i una soluci\u00f3 oxidant.
