{"id":4502,"date":"2017-05-23T00:04:54","date_gmt":"2017-05-22T22:04:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/?p=4502"},"modified":"2017-05-23T00:04:54","modified_gmt":"2017-05-22T22:04:54","slug":"practiques-a-la-planta-potabilitzadora-de-sant-joan-despi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/modul-b\/practiques-a-la-planta-potabilitzadora-de-sant-joan-despi\/","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00e0ctiques a la planta potabilitzadora de Sant Joan Desp\u00ed."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"ETAP Sant Joan Desp\u00ed\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aiguesdebarcelona.cat\/documents\/2950762\/0\/planta+potabilitzadora+002.jpg\/1175b114-3828-4d0b-91fc-553144e84ccf?t=1433834770679\" alt=\"Resultado de imagen de planta potabilizadora de sant joan desp\u00ed\" width=\"551\" height=\"367\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La planta potabilitzadora de Sant Joan Desp\u00ed\u00a0converteix en potables les\u00a0aig\u00fces superficials captades del riu Llobregat i les subterr\u00e0nies\u00a0procedents de l&#8217;aq\u00fc\u00edfer de la vall Baixa del mateix riu i ho fa\u00a0mitjan\u00e7ant\u00a0els processos de pretractament, clarificaci\u00f3 i desinfecci\u00f3 final, aplica el proc\u00e9s\u00a0d&#8217;afinament, un tractament de l&#8217;aigua amb oz\u00f3 i carb\u00f3 actiu que\u00a0n&#8217;assegura la millor qualitat. A m\u00e9s, aquesta planta aplica processos innovadors, com l&#8217;osmosi inversa i la reutilitzaci\u00f3 de residus.<\/p>\n<p>Les tasques que he desenvolupat durant el meu per\u00edode de pr\u00e0ctiques han estat molt variades: he estat analitzant diferents par\u00e0metres de les aportacions que fan els diferents col\u00b7lectors al riu, en especial l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 del punt 29 (ETAP Sant Joan Desp\u00ed); he estat analitzant la humitat dels diferents fang que es produeixen a la planta (fang atomitzat, fang deshidratat i fang flu\u00efditzat); he estat analitzant la riquesa c\u00e0lcica de les calcites corresponents al proc\u00e9s de remineralitzaci\u00f3 en el tractament de les aig\u00fces; he analitzat mitjan\u00e7ant filtres els virus i protozous de les diferents etapes del tractament, aquests filtres els enviem a la Facultat de Biologia de Barcelona al departament de Microbiologia per tal que siguin analitzats; he estat analitzant el desgu\u00e0s de la planta al riu.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El col\u00b7lector 29 \u00e9s un dels col\u00b7lectors del qual s&#8217;analitzen els diferents par\u00e0metres a la ETAP de Sant Joan Desp\u00ed, no obstant a aquest se li fa un seguiment mes exhaustiu degut a que es l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 de la mateixa planta al col\u00b7lector. D&#8217;aquesta aportaci\u00f3 s&#8217;analitza: el pH diari, TOC setmanal, terbolesa setmanal, mat\u00e8ria en suspensi\u00f3 mensual, clorurs mensuals, TAC mensual, terbolesa mensual, Sodi, Potassi i una s\u00e8rie de metalls. Els par\u00e0metres mensuals s\u00f3n iguals per a tots els col\u00b7lectors per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s al col\u00b7lector 29 tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;analitza el cloroform i l&#8217;amoni de manera mensual. Tots aquest valors queden registrats a un programa que s&#8217;anomena Lims i que permet d&#8217;aquesta manera mantenir tots els valors d&#8217;anys enrere, tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;han de registrar a l&#8217;Agencia Catalana de l&#8217;Aigua.<\/p>\n<p>El desgu\u00e0s que llen\u00e7a la planta al riu s&#8217;analitza cada setmana per tal de controlar els diferents par\u00e0metres exigits per llei i per tal de tornar al riu l&#8217;aigua en les condicions aproximades amb las que s&#8217;agafa. D&#8217;aquest desgu\u00e0s de la planta s&#8217;analitza el TOC, el pH, la terbolesa i l&#8217;alumini. Aquests valors queden registrats al Lims i tamb\u00e9 a la pagina de l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Catalana de l&#8217;Aigua.<\/p>\n<p>Per sort quan portava un mes de pr\u00e0ctiques van portar un ICP \u00f2ptic cosa que m&#8217;ha facilitat molts an\u00e0lisis, ja que en 3 minuts es capa\u00e7 de donar-te la concentraci\u00f3 de tots els elements de la taula peri\u00f2dica que es troben a la mostra, i\u00a0d&#8217;aquesta manera m&#8217;ha estalviat\u00a0temps per dur a terme altres determinacions mentre l&#8217;ICP estava en\u00a0funcionament.<\/p>\n<p><a
