Per\u00f2 abans de comen\u00e7ar, qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n les mat\u00e8ries en suspensi\u00f3?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les mat\u00e8ries en suspensi\u00f3 s\u00f3n les part\u00edcules de mat\u00e8ria org\u00e0nica i\/o inorg\u00e0nica que es troben en el si de l\u2019aigua. Aquesta determinaci\u00f3 es fa mitjan\u00e7ant la filtraci\u00f3 de la mostra a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un filtre de fibra de vidre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per comen\u00e7ar, actualitzem la c\u00e0rrega de treball que arriba dia a dia, on queden enregistrades les diferents mostres d\u2019aigua provinents de rius, de pous i d\u2019efluents industrials o EDARs. Un cop tenim el llistat de mostres, les quals en volem analitzar les mat\u00e8ries en suspensi\u00f3, podem comen\u00e7ar la determinaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els materials necessaris per aquesta determinaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Balan\u00e7a anal\u00edtica (precisi\u00f3 de 0,1mg com a m\u00ednim).<\/li>\n<li>Estufa 105 \u00b1 2\u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Filtres Whatman GFC.<\/li>\n<li>Bomba de buit.<\/li>\n<li>Vidres de rellotge, pinces i dessecador.<\/li>\n<li>Provetes de 25, 50, 100 i 250 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Matrassos aforats de 1000 ml i 250 ml.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Pipeta aforada de 25 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Equip de filtraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Procediment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Comen\u00e7arem retirant els filtres Whatman del dessecador 10 minuts abans de comen\u00e7ar la determinaci\u00f3, per tal de que aquests agafin humitat de l\u2019ambient, i donin un correcte pes.<a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/20170516_102211_opteeee-1-e1494979010276.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4510 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/20170516_102211_opteeee-1-e1494979010276-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"20170516_102211_opteeee\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/20170516_102211_opteeee-1-e1494979010276-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/20170516_102211_opteeee-1-e1494979010276-200x150.jpg 200w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/20170516_102211_opteeee-1-e1494979010276.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/a><\/li>\n<li>Mentre els filtres van absorbint humitat, prepararem una soluci\u00f3 de Control de Qualitat; es tracta d\u2019una soluci\u00f3 de la qual en sabem la seva concentraci\u00f3 exacta, per tal de poder detectar possibles errors durant el desenvolupament de la pr\u00e0ctica. Es tracta d\u2019una soluci\u00f3 de H<sub>2<\/sub>Al<sub>2<\/sub>Si<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>8<\/sub>-H<sub>2<\/sub>O (anomenat \u201cCaolin\u201d), on pesarem 1000 mg del reactiu s\u00f2lid i ho enrasarem en un matr\u00e0s aforat de 1000 ml amb una aigua destil\u00b7lada.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop passats els 10 minuts, pesem tants filtres de fibra de vidre com mostres haguem d\u2019analitzar, a la balan\u00e7a anal\u00edtica i anotem el pes obtingut. Sincerament no ha estat un any f\u00e0cil, requereix aplicaci\u00f3 i esfor\u00e7, per\u00f2 ha valgut la pena, i al ser d\u2019un any, resulta molt \u00fatil per tot aquell que vulgui accedir posteriorment a graus universitaris amb alta nota de tall, com n\u2019\u00e9s el meu cas.
