superior de Quimica Ambiental, me gustaria explicar mis FCT en el departamento de microbiologia en la Clinica Delfos.<br \/>\nHan sido unas pr\u00e1cticas muy interesantes y he aprendido mucho, pero tambien hay que tener en cuenta que es el \u00e1mbito en el que mejor me desarollo.<\/p>\n<p>El plan de actividades consistia en realizar siembras de las diferentes muestras que llegasen al laboratorio, dejarlas incubar, para mas tarde poder observar su crecimiento en colonias que mediante diferentes pruebas podiamos identificar de que microorganismo se trataba.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hay distintos tipos de agares (medio enriquecido con los nutrientes necesarios para cada microorganismo)\u00a0 con diferentes caracteristicas que favoreceran o inhibiran \u00a0el crecimiento de los microorganismos. \u00a0Teniendo en cuenta esto, cada tipo de muestra se siembra en diferentes tipos de agar., y una vez acabado se introduciran las placas en la estufa \u00a0a 37 grados durante 24horas.<\/p>\n<p>Al dia siguiente, se har\u00e1 una primera lectura, identificando lo que haya podido crecer o si es necesario las placas con \u00a0poco crecimiento ponerlas a reincubar.<\/p>\n<p>Para identificar estos microorganismos se hacen diferentes pruebas como por ejemplo: la prueba de la catalasa, la prueba de la oxidasa, tambien se hacen pruebas denominadas apis, urea\/indol&#8230; Ademas de estas pruebas se suelen hacer antibiogramas que consiste en sembrar el microorganismo \u00a0y poner unos discos con diferentes antibi\u00f3ticos y dependiendo del hal\u00b7lo que se forme ese microorganismo ser\u00e1 resistente o sensible a ese antibi\u00f3tico.<\/p>\n<p>Paralelamente se hacen frotis en portaobjetos de esas muestras, para poder observarlas en el microscopio y asi seria una manera de reafirmar lo que hemos podido observar en las placas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Como alumna del grado superior de
