Amb aquests an\u00e0lisis es controlen els possibles contaminants que podrien haver en alguna mostra i en cas de contaminaci\u00f3, l\u2019empresa actua per a solucionar-ho enviant els t\u00e8cnics corresponents a les zones afectades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si vols saber m\u00e9s sobre com \u00e9s el m\u00f3n en aquest laboratori no dubtis en fer un clic a LLEGIR M\u00c9S!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les tasques que es realitzen al laboratori d\u2019Aqu\u00e0lia s\u00f3n normalment les mateixes al llarg del curs per\u00f2 s\u00f3n molt variades entre elles. All\u00e0 es posen en pr\u00e0ctica tasques que pr\u00e8viament s\u2019han fet al centre IES Merc\u00e8 Rodoreda, com ho s\u00f3n les valoracions, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 es duen a terme altres tasques de manera que s\u2019adquireixen nous coneixements i al mateix temps, experi\u00e8ncia i seguretat, cosa important tenint en compte el m\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La determinaci\u00f3 d\u2019amoni per espectrofotometria en mostres d\u2019aigua \u00e9s una de les tasques que realitzo i explicar\u00e9 a continuaci\u00f3 de qu\u00e8 tracta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Primer de tot hem de saber que en l\u2019espectrofot\u00f2metre es detecta l\u2019absorb\u00e0ncia d\u2019una mostra. \u00c9s a dir, quan passa un feix de llum a trav\u00e9s de la mostra, depenent del color d\u2019aquesta, s\u2019absorbir\u00e0 m\u00e9s o menys llum. El feix de llum segueix la mateixa direcci\u00f3 de manera que al travessar la mostra,\u00a0 la llum s\u2019atenua i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el que detecta l\u2019instrument que ho tradueix a nombres. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s de gran utilitat ja que segons la llei de Lambert- Beer (A = c\u00b7 \u00b7 L ) es relaciona l\u2019absorb\u00e0ncia (A) amb la concentraci\u00f3 del contaminant que estudiem (c), en aquest cas l\u2019amoni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4550\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/2.jpg\" alt=\"2\" width=\"264\" height=\"275\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comencem la pr\u00e0ctica preparant els matrassos aforats de 25 ml necessaris. A continuaci\u00f3, amb una pipeta aforada afegim 20 ml d\u2019aigua destil\u00b7lada al primer i segon matr\u00e0s, 20 ml de soluci\u00f3 patr\u00f3 d\u2019amoni de concentraci\u00f3 coneguda (preparada pr\u00e8viament) al tercer i quart matr\u00e0s i 5 ml de cada mostra d\u2019aigua que tinguem en els restants.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4551 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/3.png\" alt=\"3\" width=\"579\" height=\"233\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/3.png 579w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/3-300x121.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 579px) 100vw, 579px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despr\u00e9s afegim amb una pipeta aforada \u00a02ml de reactiu A i a continuaci\u00f3, 2 ml de reactiu B, en cada matr\u00e0s. Aquests reactius no els preparem al laboratori ja que s\u00f3n molt complexos de fer. Aquests s\u00f3n els reactius cromog\u00e8nics, que tot i ser incolors, \u00a0s\u00f3n els encarregats d\u2019originar color a cada soluci\u00f3 dels matrassos. Els colors varien de groc clar a verd fosc depenent de la concentraci\u00f3 d\u2019amoni que hi hagi en cadascun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4552\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/4.png\" alt=\"4\" width=\"414\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/4.png 414w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/4-300x145.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 414px) 100vw, 414px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despr\u00e9s, enrasem els matrassos aforats, els homogene\u00eftzem i els deixem reposar durant 1h per a que el reactiu cromog\u00e8nic sigui efica\u00e7.<br \/>\nEn la seg\u00fcent imatge podem observar com ha variat el color de cada matr\u00e0s aforat durant una hora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4553\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/5.jpg\" alt=\"5\" width=\"786\" height=\"412\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/5.jpg 786w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/5-300x157.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/5-768x403.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 786px) 100vw, 786px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Transcorreguda l\u2019hora, observem que els matrassos que contenen aigua destil\u00b7lada i reactiu cromog\u00e8nic ( anomenats <em>blanc<\/em>), s\u00f3n de color groc, aix\u00ed com normalment ho s\u00f3n les mostres analitzades. En el cas del matr\u00e0s aforat que cont\u00e9 el patr\u00f3 d\u2019amoni, t\u00e9 una tonalitat verda, cosa que indica que hi ha pres\u00e8ncia del contaminant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/04\/1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4542\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/04\/1.png\" alt=\"1\" width=\"582\" height=\"236\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/04\/1.png 582w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/04\/1-300x122.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 582px) 100vw, 582px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per a saber la quantitat d\u2019amoni que hi ha en cada matr\u00e0s aforat, ajustem a l\u2019espectrofot\u00f2metre la longitud d\u2019ona adient per aquest cas (655nm). Ara omplim una cubeta amb les diferents solucions. Primer ho fem amb el blanc. Com que sabem amb seguretat que aquesta soluci\u00f3 no est\u00e0 contaminada d\u2019amoni, introdu\u00efm la cubeta a l\u2019espectrofot\u00f2metre i si detecta algun tipus d\u2019absorb\u00e0ncia, tarem l\u2019instrument a zero, de manera que si hi ha una petita absorb\u00e0ncia, aquesta no \u00e9s considerada. Despr\u00e9s afegim a la cubeta la soluci\u00f3 patr\u00f3 i la introdu\u00efm a l&#8217;instrument, i per acabar ho repetim amb les mostres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4554\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/6.jpg\" alt=\"6\" width=\"658\" height=\"305\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/6.jpg 658w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/6-300x139.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 658px) 100vw, 658px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despr\u00e9s obtenim uns valors de cada soluci\u00f3 i aquests s\u2019extrapol\u00b7len per a saber la concentraci\u00f3 d\u2019amoni en cada cas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/resultats.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4555\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/resultats.jpg\" alt=\"resultats\" width=\"562\" height=\"328\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/resultats.jpg 562w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2017\/05\/resultats-300x175.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 562px) 100vw, 562px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com es pot observar a la imatge anterior, el blanc t\u00e9 una absorb\u00e0ncia de 0, ja que hem tarat l&#8217;espectrofot\u00f2metre a zero com ja s&#8217;ha explicat anteriorment. En el cas del patr\u00f3, l\u2019absorb\u00e0ncia \u00e9s de 0,025 que, comparant-ho amb l\u2019absorb\u00e0ncia de 0,001 de la mostra, podem dir que aquesta \u00faltima es troba en molt baixa concentraci\u00f3 d\u2019amoni i est\u00e0 dins del rang dels par\u00e0metres acceptables. Depenent de l\u2019origen de la mostra, el l\u00edmit d\u2019amoni \u00e9s un o un altre, per\u00f2 normalment no hauria de superar els 0,006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s per a tenir una idea del que es pot fer a pr\u00e0ctiques, per\u00f2 no et preocupis si no ho has ent\u00e8s a la perfecci\u00f3!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Per qu\u00e8 triem 665nm i no una altra longitud d\u2019ona?<\/em> Si v\u00e9ns, ho descobrir\u00e0s!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si tot aix\u00f2 et desperta curiositat i en voldries saber m\u00e9s, IES MERC\u00c8
