{"id":4200,"date":"2017-05-22T14:12:21","date_gmt":"2017-05-22T12:12:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/?p=4200"},"modified":"2017-05-22T14:12:41","modified_gmt":"2017-05-22T12:12:41","slug":"projecte-de-recerca-fertichar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/modul-b\/projecte-de-recerca-fertichar\/","title":{"rendered":"Projecte de recerca Fertichar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.climatetechwiki.org\/sites\/climatetechwiki.org\/files\/images\/teaser\/biochar_teaser_image.jpg\" alt=\"Resultat d'imatges de biochar\" width=\"672\" height=\"504\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com a estudiant del Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior de Qu\u00edmica Ambiental, per poder obtenir el t\u00edtol de t\u00e8cnica ambiental s\u2019han de realitzar 440h d\u2019FCT (Formaci\u00f3 en Centres de Treball), que amb bona organitzaci\u00f3 del temps es pot realitzar juntament amb les classes lectives a la tarda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el meu cas, estic fent les FCT a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/portal\/web\/farmacia\" target=\"_blank\">Facultat de Farm\u00e0cia de la Universitat de Barcelona<\/a>, concretament als Laboratoris d\u2019Edafologia, dins del departament de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ub.edu\/botanica\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bot\u00e0nica<\/a>.\u00a0En aquests laboratoris treballa el personal docent del departament, alumnes universitaris que han de fer el Treball de Final de M\u00e0ster (TFM) i els que han de fer el Treball de Final de Grau (TFG), a m\u00e9s del t\u00e8cnic de laboratori que gestiona i controla el material, reactius i equips instrumentals.<\/p>\n<p>Malgrat totes les tasques disponibles dins del laboratori, jo estic ajudant a un projecte de recerca actualment en marxa que s&#8217;anomena el &#8216;Projecte Fertichar&#8217;, que consisteix a fer un estudi de com els &#8216;Chars&#8217; (productes de la pir\u00f2lisi) poden o no beneficiar el s\u00f2l fent-lo m\u00e9s o menys f\u00e8rtil. Per poder determinar la fertilitat d&#8217;aquests futurs s\u00f2ls, s&#8217;analitzen mostres de s\u00f2l que han estat incubades amb els &#8216;chars&#8217;, i posteriorment s&#8217;analitzen per determinar els nivells de nitrogen (en forma amoniacal), de mat\u00e8ria org\u00e0nica, els ions lliures, entre altres.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En aquest article, us parlar\u00e9 d&#8217;una de les moltes t\u00e8cniques que utilitzem per analitzar els s\u00f2ls: el m\u00e8tode de Kjeldahl. Aquesta determinaci\u00f3 ens permet analitzar una de les formes que ens pot presentar el nitrogen, en contret la forma redu\u00efda del nitrogen, en forma d&#8217;amon\u00edac a les prote\u00efnes (NH<sub>3<\/sub>).\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.boltsupps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/amino-acid-structure.jpg\" width=\"283\" height=\"189\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Estructura d&#8217;un amino\u00e0cid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per dur a terme aquest m\u00e8tode, inicialment hem de digerir la mostra amb \u00e0cid sulf\u00faric (H<sub>2<\/sub>SO<sub>4<\/sub>) i un catalitzador de la reacci\u00f3, que normalment \u00e9s una sal de coure amb seleni. Aquesta digesti\u00f3 a 360\u00baC s&#8217;ha de fer amb uns condensadors per evitar perdre els gasos que es generen. En aquesta digesti\u00f3, farem passar tot l&#8217;amon\u00edac de les prote\u00efnes i de les subst\u00e0ncies org\u00e0niques a i\u00f3 amoni (NH<sub>4<\/sub><sup>+<\/sup>). Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una hora de digesti\u00f3, es deixa refredar durant unes quatre hores i procedirem a analitzar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un cop el contingut del tub de digesti\u00f3 est\u00e0 fred, transvasarem el contingut d&#8217;aquest a un altre tub espec\u00edfic, que pertany a un destilador. Aquest destil\u00b7lador\u00a0\u00e9s el B\u00fcchi (fotografia), que far\u00e0 una part del procediment de la nostra determinaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buchi.com\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/content_large\/public\/product-images\/k-350_355_01.jpg?itok=hcjyviNQ\" alt=\"Resultat d'imatges de b\u00fcchi kjeldahl\" width=\"485\" height=\"366\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El B\u00fcchi destil\u00b7lar\u00e0 la mostra, tornant a fer passar l&#8217;amoni de la mostra digerida a amon\u00edac, per\u00f2 aquest cop podrem recollir-ho sobre un \u00e0cid. Aix\u00f2 ens permet poder tenir tot l&#8217;amon\u00edac de la mostra original en una soluci\u00f3 que podrem valorar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un cop hem recollit l&#8217;amon\u00edac en un \u00e0cid, afegirem unes gotes d&#8217;indicador &#8220;Shiro-Tashiro&#8221; i valorarem el contingut amb un \u00e0cid fort com l&#8217;\u00e0cid sulf\u00faric\u00a0(H<sub>2<\/sub>SO<sub>4<\/sub>), \u00e9s a dir, mitjan\u00e7ant una valoraci\u00f3 \u00e0cid-base.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a style=\"text-align: justify;\">A l&#8217;esquerra de la fotografia es pot observar un matr\u00e0s que ha recollit l&#8217;amon\u00edac i per tant, el color de l&#8217;indicador &#8220;Shiro-Tashiro&#8221; \u00e9s de color verd, i a la dreta es pot veure un cop s&#8217;ha valorat la mostra amb \u00e0cid, el color del punt final de la valoraci\u00f3, que \u00e9s violeta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquesta volumetria, per tant, amb els c\u00e0lculs pertinents ens permet saber la quantitat d&#8217;amon\u00edac (que prov\u00e9 de formes org\u00e0niques) inicial a la mostra i aix\u00ed poder estudiar un par\u00e0metre molt important per l&#8217;agricultura i pel projecte, ja que aquestes formes de nitrogen s\u00f3n essencials per la bona fertilitat d&#8217;un s\u00f2l.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En aquest enlla\u00e7 es pot veure l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 del m\u00e8tode Kjeldahl per l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de les prote\u00efnes de la llet.\u00a0<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3n2RAKK1xmQ\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fer la Formaci\u00f3 en Centres de Treball\u00a0en aquesta empresa ha sigut una oportunitat \u00fanica per aprendre i veure amb els meus propis ulls noves determinacions i an\u00e0lisi que es poden fer en el m\u00f3n de la qu\u00edmica i de la investigaci\u00f3, i qu\u00e8 en un futur\u00a0em seran \u00fatils per entrar en el m\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jennifer<\/p>\n<p
