El proc\u00e9s de la pressa de mostra podriem \u00a0 \u00a0dir que \u00e9s el m\u00e9s important de tot l\u2019estudi, ja que les mostres que\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.6;\">hem de prendre han de ser representatives i han d\u2019estar \u00a0 \u00a0fetes perfectament per a que els resultats dels an\u00e0lisis siguin fiables i correctes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El conjunt de catedr\u00e0tics, doctors i post-doctorats que van a \u00a0 \u00a0 bord prendran les mostres utilitzant un conjunt d\u2019aparells especialitzats per extreure mostres homog\u00e8nies del subs\u00f2l \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0mar\u00ed, aquests aparells s\u2019anomenen <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">multi-corer o box-corer.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"UIC Sediment Coring aboard the R\/V Lake Guardian\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZrdkQ-fxsb0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al laboratori les mostres arriben el cores, els qual anteriorment han estat a 50\u00baC per tal que la mostri perdi gran part de l\u2019aigua continguda i els pugui treballar amb el sediment. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per treballar amb precisi\u00f3 hem de prendre una mostra cada 0.5 cm durant els primers 5 cm, cada 1 cm fins als 20 cm i a partir d\u2019aqu\u00ed cada 2 cm fins al final del core; totes aqueste mostres han de ser col\u00b7locades a bosses, pr\u00e8viament tarades per saber el pes de la mostra que posem en aquestes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-3120 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2016\/05\/\u00edndice.jpg\" alt=\"\u00edndice\" width=\"168\" height=\"300\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El treball de laboratori i el seguit d\u2019an\u00e0lisis que explicarem comencen a continuaci\u00f3, en el moment en que les bossetes arriben amb el sediment a l\u2019interior i etiquetades en refer\u00e8ncia al cent\u00edmetre al que pert\u00e0nyen.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un del processos que es duen a terme \u00e9s la determinaci\u00f3 de carbonat de calci (CaCO3) mitjan\u00e7ant el calc\u00edmetre de Bernard. Tamb\u00e9 han afirmat que regeneraci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta capa a causa de tots aquests sediments va trigar uns 40 anys i que si no hi hagu\u00e8s hagut la canalitzaci\u00f3 del riu Bes\u00f3s al seu curs baix no hagu\u00e8sim arribat a tenir mai la composici\u00f3 que tenim actualment. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El contingut del carboni org\u00e0nic trobat als an\u00e0lisis prov\u00e9 principalment de les aportacions org\u00e0niques normals que t\u00e9 el riu, per\u00f2 una gran part prov\u00e9 de totes les ind\u00fastries que evoquen part de les seves aig\u00fces residuals als rius. Les acumulacions m\u00e9s altes de sediments no propis de l\u2019estructura que tenia aquesta placa el passat, es troben a la desembocadura del riu Llobregat i concentracions una mica m\u00e9s baixes es troben entre les desembocadures dels rius Bes\u00f3s i Llobregat i tamb\u00e9 a la desembocadura del riu Foix podem trobar concentracions elevades.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formar part d\u2019un equip de treball et fa aprendre moltes coses diferents i et fa cr\u00e8ixer com a professional per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 com a persona. El dia a dia treballant amb nous aparells, t\u00e8cniques i reactius fa que agafis m\u00e9s confian\u00e7a en tu mateix dins d\u2019un laboratori, per\u00f2 a part et fa con\u00e8ixer a gent de la qual pots aprendre moltes coses i compartir moltes viv\u00e8ncies que t\u2019ajudaran m\u00e9s endavant a afrontar la teva vida professional amb m\u00e9s \u00e8xits i satisfacci\u00f3 personal.
