Es fan activitats de control de qualitat per part dels t\u00e8cnics, els estudiants duen a terme els Treballs Finals de Grau (TFG), Treballs Finals de M\u00e0ster (TFM) i les tesis doctorals. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha estudiants en pr\u00e0ctiques com \u00e9s el meu cas als qui se li assignen feines auxiliars per ajudar. Em suposa una\u00a0gran satisfacci\u00f3 degut a que en un futur immediat voldria fer uns estudis d\u2019una branca relacionada amb la biologia i la qu\u00edmica\u00a0de forma que\u00a0la pr\u00e0ctica adquirida en la universitat em suposar\u00e0 un avantatge en coneixements i habilitats al laboratori, a m\u00e9s de gaudir\u00a0d&#8217;unes t\u00e8cniques que nom\u00e9s havia vist als llibres per\u00f2 que\u00a0em resultaven\u00a0dif\u00edcils d&#8217;imaginar. La motivaci\u00f3 a les meves pr\u00e0ctiques \u00e9s innegable tot i la quantitat de treball al combinar pr\u00e0ctiques i estudis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se m\u2019han assignat ajudes en experiments de diferents projectes d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 \u00a0i diversos tipus, tant genot\u00edpics, com qu\u00edmics, bioqu\u00edmics, i microbiol\u00f2gics, \u00e9s a dir, des de fer medis de cultiu a fer series de proves bioqu\u00edmiques a fi d\u2019identificar, passant per proves de purificaci\u00f3 d\u2019ADN i identificaci\u00f3 fenot\u00edpica de bacteris.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Una de les proves que faig es la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bioted.es\/bioted%20protocolos\/PCR%20gen%2016S%20ARNr%20bacteriano.pdf\">PCR<\/a> (Reacci\u00f3 en Cadena de Polimerases), aquesta \u00e9s utilitzada amb diversos objectius i serveix principalment per amplificar material gen\u00e8tic:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparem una soluci\u00f3 amb una concentraci\u00f3 coneguda de primers i sota condicions est\u00e8rils, despr\u00e9s pipetejem fora de la cabina de PCR, \u00e9s a dir, al laboratori, l\u2019ADN i sotmetem els nous tubs a un <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Termociclador\">termociclador<\/a>, on es fan una s\u00e9rie de contrastos amb variacions de temps i temperaturas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Per verificar que hem obtingut l\u2019ADN que volem i que aquest no ha estat alterat es pipetejat i\u00a0sotm\u00e9s a una <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Electroforesis\">electroforesi <\/a>sobre un gel por\u00f3s (degut a la c\u00e0rrega negativa del adn) on podrem comparar mitjan\u00e7ant unes dist\u00e0ncies estipulades, segons el primers que hem posat, si pertanyen al material gen\u00e8tic del nostre inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2016\/05\/20160427_093056-e1463935266121.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-3092 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2016\/05\/20160427_093056-e1463935266121-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"20160427_093056\" width=\"183\" height=\"244\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2016\/05\/20160427_093056-e1463935266121-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2016\/05\/20160427_093056-e1463935266121-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu644\/2016\/05\/20160427_093056-e1463935266121.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 183px) 100vw, 183px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per saber si l\u2019ADN ha recorregut la dist\u00e0ncia desitjada mirem per ultravioleta la posici\u00f3 d\u2019aquests, dels positius sortits mitjan\u00e7ant un protocol purifiquem la soluci\u00f3 per obtenir nom\u00e9s el material gen\u00e8tic,i si cal podem passar a seq\u00fcenciar repartint un mateix ADN en dos tubs i posant un <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Partidor\">primer<\/a> <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">forward<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en un i un primer <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reverse<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en l\u2019altre. Una vegada feta la seq\u00fcenciaci\u00f3 es pot obtenir el codi gen\u00e8tic mitjan\u00e7ant un electroferograma: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"image\"
