Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometers (ICP-MSs), such as the Agilent 7500ce shown here, can rapidly, accurately, and precisely measure elemental concentrations for most of the periodic table in liquid and solid samples.\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">En les pr\u00e0ctiques de laboratori, el meu tutor em va demanarr encarregar-me d\u2019un aparell complicat d\u2019utilitzar amb el que s\u2019havia d\u2019anar amb molt de compte en no cometre algun error i que analitzava metalls, l&#8217;ICP de masses.\u00a0Al principi tenia estava una mica espantada per\u00f2 quan ell em va ensenyar a fer-lo servir ja no pensava el mateix<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">EL I.C.P-MS \u00e9s el plasma d\u2019acoblament inductiu que consisteix en la determinaci\u00f3 de metalls a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un corrent de gas arg\u00f3 ionitzat, per aplicaci\u00f3 d\u2019un camp de radiofreq\u00fc\u00e8ncia acoblat inductivament al gas ionitzat mitjan\u00e7ant una bobina refrigerada, que rodeja a una torxa de quars, que suporta i confina el plasma.<\/p>\n<p>Per analitzar una mostra aquesta s\u2019introdueix mitjan\u00e7ant una bomba perist\u00e0ltica que la porta fins al nebulitzador que dispersa la mostra utilitzant el flux d\u2019arg\u00f3. L\u2019 aerosol de mostra\u00a0 passa a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una c\u00e0mera de nebulitzaci\u00f3 i d\u2019aqu\u00ed a la torxa , que t\u00e9 tres tubs de quars per on passa l&#8217;arg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El final de la torxa es troba dins de les espires d\u2019una bobina d\u2019inducci\u00f3, on es sembra un camp de radiofreq\u00fc\u00e8ncies amb una desc\u00e0rrega d\u2019electrons i les col\u00b7lisions dels \u00e0toms d\u2019arg\u00f3 en el intens camp que generen i mantenen el plasma actiu.\u00a0Al centre del plasma les temperatures oscil\u00b7len entre 8.000 i 10.000 Kelvin.En aquestes condicions l\u2019aerosol de la mostra \u00e9s desolvatat, vaporitzat, atomitzat i ionitzat.<\/p>\n<p>Els ions generats per aquest proc\u00e9s de transfer\u00e8ncia d\u2019energia son extrets del plasma, a una primera cambra de buit a trav\u00e9s dels cons de mostreig. A continuaci\u00f3 els ions passen a trav\u00e9s del cons de separaci\u00f3. El faig d\u2019ions \u00e9s focalitzat mitjan\u00e7ant lents, abans de ser introdu\u00eft a l\u2019analitzador de masses de tipus quadrupol. Aplicant corrents continues i de radiofreq\u00fc\u00e8ncies , el quadrupol actua com filtre de masses permetent el pas solament a ions amb una determinada relaci\u00f3 massa\/c\u00e0rrega. Variant els voltatges el quadrupol permet escombrar\u00a0 tot el rang de masses de 2 fins a 260 unitats de massa at\u00f2mica.(amu) Com a resultat s\u2019obt\u00e9 un espectre de masses per a tots els elements amb les seves respectives intensitats.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests senyals s\u00f3n mesurades a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un detector multiplicador de ions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a \u00a0la bomba perist\u00e0ltica conectada als tubs que transporten la mostra i tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;agulla que s&#8217;encarrega d&#8217;agafar la mostra.<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"text-align: center;\">La foto superior comn\u00e7ant per la dreta la primera fletxa indica les lents que s&#8217;utilitzen per enfocar els ions, la segona fletxa assenyala el quadrupolo i al style=\"text-align: center;\">Aquest \u00e9s el quadrupol que nom\u00e9s permet el pas d&#8217;ions amb una determinada relaci\u00f3 massa\/c\u00e0rrega.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUINS METALLS ES PODEN ANALITZAR?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tots els metalls dissolts d\u2019aig\u00fces superficials,\u00a0 metalls d\u2019aig\u00fces subterr\u00e0nies i metalls totals d\u2019aig\u00fces residuals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Primer de tot prepare les mostres que anirem a analitzar, fem les dilucions demanades, preparem el blanc, \u00e0cid N\u00edtric 1% per hidratar la agulla de l&#8217;aparell, ho col\u00b7loquem i en assegurem que no es mouen.<\/p>\n<p>Posada en marxa de l&#8217;equip:<\/p>\n<p>* Normalment l&#8217;aparell es troba en mode Standby, i quan es posa en marxa en analysis mode.<\/p>\n<p>* El shutdown mode \u00e9s per manteniment i trasllats. Per passar de shutdown mode a Standby mode es va a la icona on poas Instrument Control, tot seguit seleccionem Vaccum, depr\u00e9s Vaccum On i per acabar Yes. I quan es posa en standby mode s&#8217;enc\u00e9n la llum taronja de requadre de la part dreta de l&#8217;instrument.<\/p>\n<p>Abans d&#8217;encendre l&#8217;aparell!:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Comprovar que hi hagi prou arg\u00f3 a les botelles.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Encendre l&#8217;extracci\u00f3 de gasos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Obrir el refrigerador i comprovar que hi ha prou nivell d\u2019aigua.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Obrir el mostrejador.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Comprovar que hi hagi aigua al dip\u00f2sit d&#8217;aigua mili-Q.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Comprovar que el disp\u00f3sit waste estigui buit, aqui es on va a parar l&#8217;aigua bruta.<\/p>\n<p>*En cas de que es treballi en cel\u00b7la de col\u00b7lisi\u00f3 que \u00e9s el meu cas, s&#8217;ha de comprovar que que el H2 i el He estiguin oberts, ja que aix\u00ed evitarem interferencies.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Despr\u00e9s conectem la bomba persit\u00e0ltica, tenint en compte les direccions dels tubs i que aquesta no estigui doblegada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per encendre l&#8217;aparell, obrim el software d&#8217;ICP, encenem el plasma amb el nom de les mostres a analitzar ja posats i el deixem calentar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QU\u00c8 \u00c9S EL TUNE?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Tuning \u00e9s un txequeix previ a la lectura de mostres i no sol variar. Si no donen els criteris establerts,en el tune, pot haver un problema instrumental, com por exempl pot ser enel nebulitzador, o alguna obstrucci\u00f3 en els cons..etc.Aquest Tuning es fa amb cel\u00b7la de col\u00b7lisi\u00f3 cada dia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CALIBRACI\u00d3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un cop fet el Tune , es calibra l\u2019equip di\u00e0riament, i si s\u2019accepta la calibraci\u00f3 , es passaran el Blanc com a mostra, els QC\u2019s corresponents i les mostres amb les dilucions corresponents.\u00a0La preparaci\u00f3 de Patrons i QC\u2019s es far\u00e0 a partir de la soluci\u00f3 stock adient segons l&#8217;an\u00e0lisis a determinar. I per obtenir el coeficient de calibraci\u00f3 es segueixen els pasos de l&#8217;ICP-MS indicats que al final donen una recta\u00a0Y=aX+b.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*Tots els m\u00e8todes utilitzen patr\u00f3 intern.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www7.uc.cl\/sw_educ\/qda1106\/CAP2\/2A\/2A3\/Images\/d04.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Espectre de masses del mercuri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>PARADA DE L&#8217;EQUIP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per apagar l&#8217;aparell ho farem igual que a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;encendre per\u00f3 aquest cop, cliquem en el bot\u00f3 OFF del plasma. Deixem refredar l&#8217;aparell. A continuaci\u00f3 desconnectem els tubs, tanquem el refrigerant i l&#8217;extractor i per acabar tanquem l&#8217;Heli.<\/p>\n<p>Deixar refredar. Desconnectar tubs, tancar el refrigerant i extractor. Tancar l\u2019heli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPRESSI\u00d3 DELS RESULTATS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els resultats s\u2019expressen en mg\/l, \u00f3 en mg\/l segons el m\u00e8tode utilitzat amb els decimals corresponents.<\/p>\n<p>En la empresa de pr\u00e0ctiques analitzem mostres de riu i pous i els\u00a0resultats de pou es donen en mg\/l i els de riu en mg\/l.<\/p>\n<p>El meu tutor analitza mostres d&#8217;intercomparacions, pel que participen peri\u00f3dicament en assaigs de d&#8217;intercomparacions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MANTENIMENT DE L&#8217;EQUIP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El mantemient de l&#8217;equip es fa d&#8217;acord amb el pla d&#8217;operacions indicats en les instruccions del ICP-MS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Gr\u00e0cies per llegir el meu article!
