Requereix tenir una visi\u00f3 \u00e0mplia de l\u2019alumne, que el considerin des de tots els seus vessants i que dipositin plena confian\u00e7a en el desenvolupament de les seves capacitats. Implica, per tant, respectar les difer\u00e8ncies i l\u2019especificitat dels alumnes, els processos i moments maduratius, aix\u00ed com els diferents ritmes i estils d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>En el cas dels alumnes amb necessitats educatives espec\u00edfiques cal tenir en compte que sovint tenen m\u00e9s dificultats per assimilar i generalitzar els aprenentatges. Cal que l\u2019atenci\u00f3 adre\u00e7ada a aquests alumnes s\u2019organitzi a partir d\u2019un treball funcional, interdisciplinari i motivador que faciliti el desenvolupament d\u2019actituds i habilitats que els permetin participar i aprofitar les activitats, i que els preparin per ser aut\u00f2noms en els diferents contextos de la vida quotidiana.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat a l\u2019Institut Merc\u00e8 Rodoreda es basa en l\u2019agrupament dels alumnes (a banda del seu grup-classe) en grups flexibles anomenats <strong>rodes<\/strong>. L\u2019estructura de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat persegueix l\u2019objectiu de treballar amb grups poc nombrosos, sobretot en les mat\u00e8ries instrumentals. Aquest \u00e9s el recurs que abasta m\u00e9s alumnes al nostre centre.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>pla individualitzat<\/strong> \u00e9s una eina per a la planificaci\u00f3 de mesures, actuacions i suports per donar resposta a situacions singulars i complexes de determinats alumnes, perqu\u00e8 puguin aprendre i participar en la vida del centre educatiu. Per exemple, els alumnes que estiguin cursant ESO i, simult\u00e0niament, cursin estudis de m\u00fasica en conservatoris, centres professionals o escoles de m\u00fasica autoritzades, poden sol\u00b7licitar la convalidaci\u00f3 o el reconeixement de mat\u00e8ries. O b\u00e9, els alumnes amb dedicaci\u00f3 significativa a l&#8217;esport avalada pel Consell Catal\u00e0 de l&#8217;Esport, poden sol\u00b7licitar al director del centre que se&#8217;ls apliqui un pla individualitzat que inclogui el reconeixement de la mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica i d&#8217;algunes o totes les mat\u00e8ries optatives per a alumnes de l&#8217;etapa d&#8217;ESO o Batxillerat, segons s&#8217;escaigui. Altres situacions de l&#8217;alumne que poden donar lloc a plans individualitzat s\u00f3n alumnes que cursen simult\u00e0niament estudis de dansa, alumnes amb trastorns i d\u00e8ficit d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 i hiperactivitat (TDA\/H), alumnes disl\u00e8xics o amb defici\u00e8ncies visuals i auditives, alumnes en Unitats d&#8217;Escolaritzaci\u00f3 Compartida (UEC) o alumnes en situaci\u00f3 de risc.<\/p>\n<p>Un recurs clau per a la inclusi\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat amb m\u00e9s dificultats \u00e9s l\u2019<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-merce-rodoreda\/serveis\/aula-destudi-i-reforc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aula d\u2019estudi<\/a><\/strong> tutelada del centre. L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquest projecte \u00e9s atendre els alumnes amb m\u00e9s dificultats durant una franja hor\u00e0ria complementaria a l\u2019horari lectiu.
