Quan es parla d\u2019integraci\u00f3 es pret\u00e9n facilitar a l\u2019alumnat els suports necessaris perqu\u00e8 pugui participar en el programa del centre educatiu. Es posa l\u2019accent, doncs, en l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat al centre i a l\u2019entorn. La inclusi\u00f3 pret\u00e9n que siguin els mateixos centres educatius els que s\u2019adaptin a la diversitat de l\u2019alumnat que tenen escolaritzat. Aix\u00f2 implica identificar les barreres que dificulten l\u2019aprenentatge, la socialitzaci\u00f3 i la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat i cercar-les, eliminar-les o minimitzar-les. L&#8217;educaci\u00f3 inclusiva de tot l&#8217;alumnat crea nous marcs de conviv\u00e8ncia i genera noves complicitats que afavoreixen l&#8217;equitat i la cohesi\u00f3 social.<\/p>\n<p>El nostre centre, amb instal\u00b7lacions adaptades a persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda i de refer\u00e8ncia per a la concentraci\u00f3 d&#8217;alumnes amb defici\u00e8ncies visuals i auditives, t\u00e9 una llarga tradici\u00f3 en l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies per a la millora de la integraci\u00f3 dels diferents col\u00b7lectius amb necessitats, or\u00edgens, capacitats i motivacions diferents. Algunes d&#8217;aquestes estrat\u00e8gies s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Atenci\u00f3 domicili\u00e0ria<\/strong>: els alumnes, en edat d&#8217;escolaritat obligat\u00f2ria, que per patir malaties prolongades no pugui assistir al centre docent durant un per\u00edode superior a 30 dies, podr\u00e0 rebre atenci\u00f3 educativa al domicili familiar durant el per\u00edode en qu\u00e8 no pugui assistir a classe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb altres serveis d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica<\/strong> (HDA). L&#8217;atenci\u00f3 educativa a l&#8217;aula de l&#8217;hospital de dia (HDA) t\u00e9 per objectiu garantir la continu\u00eftat dels processos d&#8217;ensenyament-aprenentatge i evitar la desvinculaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests adolescents del sistema educatiu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CREDA<\/strong> (atenci\u00f3 a alumnes amb defici\u00e8ncies auditives). Els CREDA s\u00f3n serveis de suport als centres educatius en l\u2019adequaci\u00f3 a les necessitats especials de l\u2019alumnat amb greus dificultats d\u2019audici\u00f3, llenguatge i\/o comunicaci\u00f3 que interfereixen en el seu desenvolupament personal, social i curricular.El nostre centre facilita espais de coordinaci\u00f3 als professionals de suport, ja sigui espais f\u00edsics per al seguiment d\u2019alumnes, com espais de coordinaci\u00f3 amb intervenci\u00f3 en les reunions d\u2019equip docent. Aquests professionals poden ser logopedes, psicopedagogs\/es especialitzats en audici\u00f3, llenguatge i comunicaci\u00f3, i audioprotetistes especialitzats en audiopr\u00f2tesi infantil i juvenil.<\/li>\n<li><strong>CREDV<\/strong> (atenci\u00f3 als alumnes amb defici\u00e8ncies visuals). El CREDV \u00e9s un servei educatiu espec\u00edfic que en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;ONCE d\u00f3na suport a la tasca docent del professorat pel que fa a alumnes amb greus d\u00e8ficits visuals, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;oferir atenci\u00f3 directa a aquest alumnat i orientaci\u00f3 a les fam\u00edlies. El centre col\u00b7labora amb aquest servei i adapta els espais a les necessitats dels alumnes seguint les pautes dels professionals involucrats. Aquests professionals poden ser mestres especialitzats, psicopedagogs\/gues, treballadors\/es socials i t\u00e8cnics\/ques en tiflotecnologia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L&#8217;acollida.<\/strong> El proc\u00e9s d\u2019acollida \u00e9s la forma en qu\u00e8 s\u2019organitza la rebuda dels alumnes nous al centre. Busquem que es trobin des del primer moment acollits i reconeguts com a persones i que vegin en la figura del tutor la persona que ha de fer-los d\u2019interlocutor a l\u2019hora de resoldre qualsevol tipus de problema o dubte. Un objectiu fonamental del proc\u00e9s d\u2019acollida \u00e9s transmetre i incorporar el principi de no impunitat i seguretat com a via per aconseguir la plena integraci\u00f3 el m\u00e9s aviat possible.
