Han estat molts anys d&#8217;entrega professional a l&#8217;Institut i a la comunitat d&#8217;Ulldecona tant en la vessant docent com a professora de Biologia i Geologia, com en les tasques de gesti\u00f3 des de la direcci\u00f3. Aquest darrer aspecte ha estat potser el m\u00e9s rellevant, on hi ha esmer\u00e7at molts esfor\u00e7os i dedicaci\u00f3, els quals s&#8217;han tradu\u00eft en un conjunt de millores evidents al nostre Institut. Millores materials (nou gimn\u00e0s i vestuaris, enjardinaments, condicionament de la sala d&#8217;actes, equipaments inform\u00e0tics i audiovisuals, etc) i acad\u00e8miques (nou cicle formatiu de grau mitj\u00e0 d&#8217;Inform\u00e0tica, aules d&#8217;acollida, aules obertes, servei d&#8217;un integrador social, atenci\u00f3 individualitzada a l&#8217;alumnat, etc). Tot aix\u00f2 s&#8217;ha aconseguit amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i la implicaci\u00f3 dels diferents equips directius amb qui Pilar ha treballat i amb tots els professors i professores del claustre, aix\u00ed com amb les fam\u00edlies, l&#8217;AMPA, l&#8217;alumnat, el personal no docent i l&#8217;Ajuntament d&#8217;Ulldecona.
