L&#8217;Institut Gorgspotencia una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;actituds encaminades a la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;una veritable conviv\u00e8ncia i ajuda l&#8217;alumnat a elaborar gradualment la seva escala de valors per tal que, en el seu moment, puguin fer les pr\u00f2pies opcions personals, acad\u00e8miques i professionals fonamentades en el respecte mutu i la cooperaci\u00f3 solid\u00e0ria.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Renovador i de qualitat<\/strong>: l&#8217;Institut Gorgs at\u00e9n la formaci\u00f3 integral de l&#8217;alumnat i vetlla perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;ensenyament-aprenentatge de tots els continguts assoleixi un nivell plenament satisfactori. L&#8217;Institut Gorgs va integrant les noves tecnologies i els aven\u00e7os pedag\u00f2gics en el proc\u00e9s educatiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Laic<\/strong>: \u00e9s un centre que es mant\u00e9 al marge de tot tipus d&#8217;influ\u00e8ncia doctrinal i es manifesta independent de qualsevol condicionament religi\u00f3s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Democr\u00e0tic<\/strong>: l\u2019Institut Gorgs s&#8217;insereix en una societat oberta, participativa, lliure i plural i prepara l&#8217;alumnat per a viure-hi i col\u00b7laborar en la seva millora.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L&#8217;Institut Gorgs s&#8217;implica en la <strong>construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest model de societat<\/strong>, tant des del punt de vista dels valors que transmet com des de la seva pr\u00f2pia gesti\u00f3. Pret\u00e9n educar en l&#8217;esperit democr\u00e0tic a partir de la participaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat en les tutories de manera que assumeixin les seves responsabilitats col\u00b7lectives i individuals. L&#8217;Institut Gorgs defensar\u00e0 els m\u00e8todes democr\u00e0tics en les discussions, en la presa de decisions i en la resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes interpersonals i de car\u00e0cter pedag\u00f2gic o de gesti\u00f3 que afectin la vida interna del centre, la qual cosa vol dir utilitzar les vies legals de participaci\u00f3 en els \u00f2rgans de gesti\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Catal\u00e0:<\/strong> l&#8217;Institut Gorgs vol ser fidel a la realitat del pa\u00eds i procura la integraci\u00f3 de tots els i les components a una realitat catalana din\u00e0mica i pluralista, on s&#8217;interpreti la catalanitat com una<br \/>\nporta oberta a la comprensi\u00f3 i apreciaci\u00f3 d&#8217;altres cultures i comunitats. La llengua catalana \u00e9s la llengua vehicular i d&#8217;aprenentatge de l&#8217;Institut Gorgs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Coeducatiu:<\/strong> l&#8217;Institut Gorgs \u00e9s coeducatiu; per tant, va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;ensenyament mixt i treballa per la igualtat i per eliminar les discriminacions. Entenem la coeducaci\u00f3 com el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;educar per a la igualtat sense discriminaci\u00f3 per raons de sexe. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que posem especial cura perqu\u00e8 la programaci\u00f3 dels continguts i activitats educatives no sigui discriminat\u00f2ria, perqu\u00e8 els nois i les noies tinguin les mateixes oportunitats d&#8217;instrucci\u00f3 i orientaci\u00f3 i perqu\u00e8 puguin participar en la vida del centre amb el mateix grau d&#8217;igualtat i responsabilitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u00ednia metodol\u00f2gica<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La l\u00ednia metodol\u00f2gica de l&#8217;institut propicia el di\u00e0leg i el consens entre els professors; aix\u00ed doncs, potencia els equips docents i de departament, les decisions dels quals predominen sobre les individuals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ens plantegem l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 com una tasca col\u00b7lectiva i d&#8217;equip, adre\u00e7ada al desenvolupament integral de l&#8217;alumnat i, per aquest motiu, ens organitzem per nivells i departaments.<br \/>\nVolem fer de l&#8217;acci\u00f3 tutorial l&#8217;eix vertebrador del conjunt d&#8217;activitats que contribueixen a la formaci\u00f3 integral del nostre alumnat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Optem per la potenciaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;autonomia i la sociabilitat. Procurem que l&#8217;alumnat desenvolupi la seva capacitat d&#8217;aprendre per si mateix i tamb\u00e9 la de treballar en equip.<br \/>\nAssumim l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat com un principi b\u00e0sic de la nostra acci\u00f3 educativa. Es tracta d&#8217;adaptar la metodologia i els recursos a les caracter\u00edstiques de l&#8217;alumnat perqu\u00e8 cadascun d&#8217;ells desenvolupi, en el grau m\u00e9s gran possible, les seves capacitats.
