{"id":8370,"date":"2024-09-25T17:30:10","date_gmt":"2024-09-25T15:30:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-eltiller\/?p=8370"},"modified":"2024-09-25T10:05:45","modified_gmt":"2024-09-25T08:05:45","slug":"vaga-27-setembre-palestina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-eltiller\/eso\/eso-3\/vaga-27-setembre-palestina\/","title":{"rendered":"Convocat\u00f2ria 27 de setembre Jornada de lluita per Palestina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Benvolgudes fam\u00edlies:<\/p>\n<p>Aquest <strong>divendres 27 de setembre CGT i Solidaritat Obrera, entre d&#8217;altres entitats, han organitzat una &#8220;Jornada de lluita en solidaritat amb el poble palest\u00ed&#8221;<\/strong> i per a reclamar la fi del genocidi. A m\u00e9s, als instituts, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sindicatdestudiants.net\/index.php\/noticies\/contra-el-feixisme-100005\/25-contra-el-feixisme\/1377-27s-jornada-de-lluita-contra-el-genocidi-sionista-a-gaza\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Sindicat d&#8217;Estudiants<\/strong><\/a> ha cridat a fer accions reivindicatives, assemblees, pancartes i aturades, per tal que l&#8217;alumnat pugui d&#8217;assistir a les accions del mat\u00ed i a la manifestaci\u00f3 unit\u00e0ria de la tarda.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, tant els membres del professorat com l&#8217;alumnat tenen dret a fer vaga, tal i com queda recollit en la Llei Org\u00e0nica d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 vigent. Per aquest motiu\u00a0us fem saber que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Es garanteixen els serveis m\u00ednims<\/strong> que s\u2019estableixen a secund\u00e0ria i qu\u00e8 consisteixen en una persona de l\u2019equip directiu per centre i un docent per cada tres unitats.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El professorat pot exercir lliurement el seu dret de vaga<\/strong>, i aquest fet pot no ser comunicat a les direccions dels centres amb antelaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Els alumnes de 1r i 2n d\u2019ESO no tenen dret a vaga<\/strong>, per tant, aquesta convocat\u00f2ria no els afecta.<\/li>\n<li>La resta de grups, des de <strong>3r d&#8217;ESO fins a 2n de Batxillerat, poden adherir-se a la vaga.<\/strong> En aquest cas, <strong>les fam\u00edlies hauran de justificar la falta d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia<\/strong> de l&#8217;alumne\/a mitjan\u00e7ant la autoritzaci\u00f3 que rebreu pel TPV Escola.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Benvolgudes fam\u00edlies:<br \/>\nAquest divendres 27 de setembre CGT i Solidaritat Obrera, entre d&#8217;altres entitats, han organitzat una &#8220;Jornada de lluita en solidaritat amb el poble palest\u00ed&#8221; i per a reclamar la fi del genocidi.
