Til\u2022lorienta&#8217;t: orientaci\u00f3 professional de qualitat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Til\u00b7lorienta&#8217;t neix d&#8217;una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 fruct\u00edfera entre la Fundaci\u00f3 Bertelsmann i la ONG Empieza Por Educar a inicis del curs 2021-22. Aquesta alian\u00e7a va permetre realitzar un diagn\u00f2stic exhaustiu de les necessitats d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 professional de l&#8217;alumnat i, a partir d&#8217;aquest, desenvolupar un pla estrat\u00e8gic a tres anys. Actualment, ens trobem immersos en el segon curs d&#8217;implementaci\u00f3, treballant amb entusiasme per aconseguir els objectius establerts.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest projecte t\u00e9 com a objectiu principal equipar els nostres estudiants amb les eines, coneixements i compet\u00e8ncies necess\u00e0ries per prendre decisions informades sobre el seu futur professional. Entenem que l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 professional no nom\u00e9s consisteix a escollir una carrera o un cicle formatiu; \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 un proc\u00e9s de descoberta personal i d&#8217;exploraci\u00f3 de les m\u00faltiples possibilitats que el m\u00f3n laboral ofereix.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, els alumnes de Quart d&#8217;ESO dediquen una hora setmanal a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Descoberta Personal:<\/strong> A trav\u00e9s d&#8217;activitats din\u00e0miques, els estudiants treballen en el reconeixement de les seves pr\u00f2pies capacitats, interessos i valors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exploraci\u00f3 de Sortides Formatives:<\/strong> S&#8217;ofereix informaci\u00f3 detallada sobre les diferents opcions formatives disponibles un cop acabada l&#8217;ESO, incloent cicles formatius, batxillerat i altres itineraris.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sectors Punters:<\/strong> Es fomenta la curiositat i l&#8217;inter\u00e8s per aquells sectors professionals considerats claus per al futur, aix\u00ed com per les oportunitats laborals que aquests poden oferir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, el projecte es beneficia de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 activa de pares, mares i exalumnes, qui a trav\u00e9s de xerrades i tallers, comparteixen les seves experi\u00e8ncies professionals, aportant una visi\u00f3 realista i enriquidora del m\u00f3n laboral. Tamb\u00e9 es preparen unes visites molt treballades al Sal\u00f3 de l&#8217;Ensenyament a Barcelona i a Fira Guia&#8217;t de Granollers.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"XK\u00c8 EL TIL\u2022LER.
