Vila\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El passat dimarts 28, els alumnes de r d\u2019ESO van assistir a una xerrada sobre els efectes del consum de drogues i alcohol en joves. Durant el taller es van explicar les principals conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies que pot tenir aquest consum, especialment com afecta el sistema nervi\u00f3s i el cervell, aix\u00ed com els possibles problemes que pot provocar a llarg termini en la salut f\u00edsica i mental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tamb\u00e9 es va parlar sobre com actuar si ens trobem amb una persona que ha consumit, i es va destacar la import\u00e0ncia de mantenir la calma i buscar ajuda quan sigui necessari. A m\u00e9s, es van comentar diversos factors que poden influir en el desenvolupament d\u2019una addicci\u00f3, com la pressi\u00f3 social, l\u2019entorn o la curiositat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Per acabar, es va fer una reflexi\u00f3 sobre el consum de diferents subst\u00e0ncies, com el tabac i l\u2019alcohol, i per qu\u00e8 algunes s\u00f3n m\u00e9s habituals que altres. Tamb\u00e9 es va tractar el debat sobre si subst\u00e0ncies com la cafe\u00efna o el sucre es poden considerar drogues, cosa que va ajudar a entendre millor aquest tema i a pensar-hi de manera m\u00e9s cr\u00edtica.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S.Fern\u00e1ndez, J.
