Garc\u00e9s, \u00c8. L\u00f3pez, P. Masmitj\u00e0, B. Par\u00e9s, M. Pujol, O, R\u00edos, A. Vi\u00f1as<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El Projecte IVIA (Institut Viu Institut Actiu) \u00e9s un projecte\u00a0 d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica que afavoreix la cohesi\u00f3 i comunicaci\u00f3 de grup, aporta una millora educativa i promou els h\u00e0bits saludables, tant f\u00edsics com emocionals. Est\u00e0 destinat als alumnes de 1r d\u2019ESO i el treballaran al llarg dels trimestres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Enguany \u00e9s el tercer curs consecutiu en qu\u00e8 els alumnes de 1r d\u2019ESO, durant l\u2019hora de lectura, en gaudeixen. En aquest projecte, es fan diferents activitats i jocs sobre temes concrets, com ara l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, emocions, cohesi\u00f3 de grup (sobretot els primers dies) i el benestar personal i col\u00b7lectiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Durant les sessions, es treballen diferents activitats:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Es plantegen unes emocions, es llegeix una frase i\u00a0 cada alumne ha de c\u00f3rrer cap al lloc on hi ha el r\u00e8tol de l\u2019emoci\u00f3 que aquelles paraules li desperten.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Twister: es va fer a l\u2019aula polivalent. Els alumnes es reparteixen en grups de quatre, cada grup t\u00e9 un twister. En aquesta activitat es treballa la resist\u00e8ncia i el treball en equip.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Es divideixen en dos grups i cada un d\u2019ells t\u00e9 una pir\u00e0mide on hi ha diferents cares: l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, la manera de cuinar, les activitats f\u00edsiques, i amb qui mengen. Han de c\u00f3rrer a posar per parelles on creuen que va.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Es divideixen en dos grups, i cada grup t\u00e9 unes targetes girades formant un \u201cmemory\u201d. Els alumnes han de posar-se en parelles i c\u00f3rrer fins a l\u2019altra punta de la pista, on hi ha les cartes. Un cop arribats all\u00e0, han d\u2019aparellar les cartes i nom\u00e9s tenen dues oportunitats. Si les encerten, guanyen punts, i si no, tornen al seu lloc on estan esperant els altres alumnes i els informen de la posici\u00f3 de les cartes que han trobat. I aix\u00ed consecutivament fins que s\u2019acaben les cartes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Els nens i nenes es divideixen en 4 grups de 4 persones i hi ha un tauler de joc\u00a0 ple de caselles d&#8217;emocions; un dels nens o nenes del grup va corrent a l&#8217;altra banda de la pista i tira el dau; el n\u00famero representat en el dau permet avan\u00e7ar les caselles que marca i els toca una emoci\u00f3; llavors el nen o nena\u00a0 torna al grup i ha de representar l\u2019emoci\u00f3 amb m\u00edmica;\u00a0 el grup ha d&#8217;endevinar-ho, llavors es torna a comen\u00e7ar; el guanyador \u00e9s el grup que acaba abans.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Segons l\u2019opini\u00f3 d\u2019alguns alumnes, \u00e9s un projecte molt interessant que cohesiona el grup i ajuda a con\u00e8ixer m\u00e9s profundament els companys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Per tercer any consecutiu es duu a terme aquest projecte\u00a0 a l\u2019Institut<br \/>\nL.
