Sa\u00f1as<\/b><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">El passat dia 11 de febrer als alumnes de 2n d\u2019ESO van assistir a una xerrada sobre l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Primer de tot, els van parlar sobre la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia per fomentar-los els aliments de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">km 0. Llavors els van explicar que tothom hauria de tenir una dieta proporcionada i com a m\u00ednim fer tres \u00e0pats per dia.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">Seguidament, els va mostrar una proposta dels \u00e0pats d\u2019un dia, per intentar aplicar alguns dels aliments que els poden ajudar a tenir una dieta m\u00e9s saludable i equilibrada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">Despr\u00e9s, van haver d&#8217;endevinar la quantitat de sucre que hi havia en diversos refrescos, cosa que a la majoria els va sorprendre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Els alumnes valoren aquesta acci\u00f3 for\u00e7a positivament, per\u00f2 comenten que els hagu\u00e9s agradat una activitat m\u00e9s din\u00e0mica.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Redacci\u00f3: C.
