{"id":2095,"date":"2023-05-18T12:20:07","date_gmt":"2023-05-18T10:20:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-carles-vallbona\/?page_id=2095"},"modified":"2025-06-10T13:11:03","modified_gmt":"2025-06-10T11:11:03","slug":"avaluacio-i-millora","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-carles-vallbona\/estrategia-digital-de-centre\/avaluacio-i-millora\/","title":{"rendered":"Fase 4 &#8211; Avaluaci\u00f3 i Millora"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"156\" data-end=\"465\"><strong data-start=\"156\" data-end=\"205\">L&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Estrat\u00e8gia Digital de Centre<\/strong> es dur\u00e0 a terme al llarg de tres fases diferenciades: l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 inicial, l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua i l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 final. Tot i que es posa especial \u00e8mfasi en l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua, les fases inicial i final tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n fonamentals per garantir l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia del proc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"493\">1. Avaluaci\u00f3 inicial<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"494\" data-end=\"1048\">A l&#8217;inici de cada trimestre, es presenten al claustre les activitats que es desenvoluparan, juntament amb les indicacions necess\u00e0ries per dur-les a terme amb garanties d\u2019\u00e8xit. Aquesta planificaci\u00f3 inicial es basa en la PGA del centre. La Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019Estrat\u00e8gia Digital informa el claustre sobre les activitats previstes per al curs amb l\u2019objectiu de garantir una acci\u00f3 coordinada, alineada i consensuada. Aix\u00f2 permet que el professorat conegui qu\u00e8 cal fer, quan fer-ho i com portar-ho a terme, tenint en compte sempre el punt de partida de cada activitat.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1077\">2. Avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1523\">Al llarg del trimestre, es realitza el seguiment de les activitats planificades. Aquest seguiment es fa tenint en compte el punt de partida de cada acci\u00f3 i permet a la Comissi\u00f3 Digital, juntament amb els responsables de cada activitat, avaluar-ne l\u2019evoluci\u00f3. Un cop finalitzada cada activitat, es registra la informaci\u00f3 corresponent a una graella, indicant el nivell assolit i el percentatge d\u2019\u00e8xit, aix\u00ed com una proposta de millora, si s\u2019escau.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1525\" data-end=\"1916\">Peri\u00f2dicament, un membre de l\u2019Equip Directiu integrant de la Comissi\u00f3 Digital informar\u00e0 la Direcci\u00f3 sobre l\u2019estat de les activitats. Posteriorment, aquesta informaci\u00f3 es comunicar\u00e0 al Claustre, incloent-hi les noves activitats que es duran a terme el seg\u00fcent trimestre. Durant aquesta fase, la comissi\u00f3 pot introduir ajustos o canvis necessaris per assegurar l\u2019\u00e8xit de les accions previstes.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1918\" data-end=\"1942\">3. Avaluaci\u00f3 final<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"2334\">A final de curs, es duu a terme l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 final. Aquesta etapa consisteix a revisar els indicadors establerts i els percentatges d\u2019\u00e8xit assolits en relaci\u00f3 amb els objectius plantejats. La informaci\u00f3 es recull novament a la graella, amb les propostes de millora corresponents per al curs vinent. Un cop finalitzat aquest proc\u00e9s, els resultats es presenten al Claustre i al Consell Escolar.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2336\" data-end=\"2664\">Les propostes de millora, aix\u00ed com les activitats no realitzades, quedaran reflectides a la mem\u00f2ria del Pla Anual. Les modificacions de l\u2019EDC, si escau, es consignaran a les fitxes de seguiment de l\u2019Estrat\u00e8gia Digital de Centre, les quals seran publicades al web del centre i integrades als objectius de la PGA del curs seg\u00fcent.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2666\" data-end=\"2758\">Per facilitar el seguiment i l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de les activitats, s\u2019ha dissenyat la seg\u00fcent taula:<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"86\" data-end=\"155\">GRAELLA DE SEGUIMENT, AVALUACI\u00d3 I MILLORA DELS OBJECTIUS DE L\u2019EDC<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"157\" data-end=\"417\"><strong data-start=\"157\" data-end=\"172\">OBJECTIU 1:<\/strong><br data-start=\"172\" data-end=\"175\" \/><em data-start=\"175\" data-end=\"417\">Crear c\u00e0psules formatives per dotar de la compet\u00e8ncia digital al docent. Donant import\u00e0ncia a: recursos digitals, seguretat inform\u00e0tica, recursos en adaptacions individuals per a millorar l\u2019aprenentatge atenent les necessitats de
