L&#8217;EDUCADORA SOCIAL<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;Institut Josep Brugulat compta amb la figura de l\u2019educadora social dins del seu equip de professionals  amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019enfortir la conviv\u00e8ncia, prevenir situacions de risc i promoure el benestar personal, social i emocional de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Funcions principals de l&#8217;educadora social<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Desenvolupa la seva tasca en tres grans \u00e0mbits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conviv\u00e8ncia i clima escolar: gesti\u00f3, mediaci\u00f3 i prevenci\u00f3 de conflictes al centre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acompanyament educatiu: planificaci\u00f3, intervenci\u00f3 i seguiment de casos d\u2019alumnat amb dificultats d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3, absentisme o altres necessitats personals i\/o familiars.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treball en xarxa: coordinaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019equip docent, serveis d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 i, agents socials i educatius del territori per garantir una resposta integral i coherent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per desenvolupar aquestes funcions, es realitzen les seg\u00fcents tasques espec\u00edfiques:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gesti\u00f3 i dinamitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aula de conviv\u00e8ncia i reflexi\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pres\u00e8ncia activa als patis per fomentar la conviv\u00e8ncia i la detecci\u00f3 preventiva de conflictes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mediaci\u00f3 en situacions de conflicte i\/o professorat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguiment i tutoria d\u2019alumnes que participen en el Projecte Singular POTs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Atenci\u00f3 personalitzada a alumnat amb dificultats emocionals, socials o familiars.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinaci\u00f3 amb tutors\/es, orientadores, equips psicopedag\u00f2gics i serveis socials externs (Serveis B\u00e0sics d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 Social -SBAS-, Serveis d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 Di\u00fcrns -SAD-, Serveis d\u2019Intervenci\u00f3 Especialitzada -SIE-, aules de refor\u00e7, entre d\u2019altres).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participaci\u00f3 en protocols d\u2019absentisme, assetjament o maltractament i, elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019informes corresponents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participaci\u00f3 en el treball amb fam\u00edlies per afavorir la comunicaci\u00f3, corresponsabilitat i l\u2019acompanyament educatiu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recerca i difusi\u00f3 de recursos educatius, socials i de lleure al territori.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019educadora social treballa de manera coordinada amb l\u2019equip docent i la Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 Educativa i Inclusiva (CAEI), amb la finalitat d\u2019afavorir una intervenci\u00f3 coherent, integral i transformadora dins del marc COEDUCACI\u00d3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El centre tamb\u00e9 compta amb el treball i el suport de la comissi\u00f3 de coeducaci\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta comissi\u00f3 est\u00e0 formada per professorat del centre i est\u00e0 coordinada per la coordinadora COCOBE (Coeducaci\u00f3, Conviv\u00e8ncia i Benestar de l&#8217;Alumnat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">La coeducaci\u00f3 \u00e9s l&#8217;acci\u00f3 educadora que potencia la igualtat real d&#8217;oportunitats i valora indistintament l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia, les aptituds i l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 social i cultural de dones i homes, en igualtat de drets, sense estereotips sexistes, homof\u00f2bics, bif\u00f2bics, transf\u00f2bics o androc\u00e8ntrics ni actituds discriminat\u00f2ries per ra\u00f3 de sexe, orientaci\u00f3 sexual, identitat de g\u00e8nere o expressi\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Els tres \u00e0mbits en els quals existeixen mesures de coeducaci\u00f3 impulsades pel Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CURR\u00cdCULUM<br>Aquest \u00e0mbit pret\u00e9n garantir la incorporaci\u00f3 de la coeducaci\u00f3 i la perspectiva de g\u00e8nere en les unitats did\u00e0ctiques, projectes i activitats que es realitzen a les aules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ORGANITZACI\u00d3 DEL CENTRE:<br>Aquest \u00e0mbit pret\u00e9n garantir que tota l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3, documentaci\u00f3 i disseny d&#8217;espais dels centres educatius responguin a una perspectiva coeducativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PLA DE LES ESCOLES LLIURES DE VIOL\u00c8NCIES:<br>Aquest \u00e0mbit pret\u00e9n visibilitzar les viol\u00e8ncies ocultes als centres educatius, identificar-les i actuar-hi per protegir infants i adolescents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>COMISSI\u00d3 DE COEDUCACI\u00d3<\/strong> de l&#8217;Institut Josep Brugulat incideix principalment en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 del centre amb els seg\u00fcents objectius:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promoure valors d\u2019igualtat i no discriminaci\u00f3 al centre, i generar espais segurs per a l\u2019alumnat, el professorat, el PAS i les fam\u00edlies, i aix\u00ed fomentar espais d\u2019aprenentatge propicis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generar consci\u00e8ncia entorn de les viol\u00e8ncies masclistes i LGTBIf\u00f2biques per tal de prevenir-les, detectar-les i adre\u00e7ar-les correctament quan s\u2019esdevinguin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduir la mirada interseccional per fer un millor acompanyament i adaptaci\u00f3 a les&nbsp;necessitats derivades de la diversitat de realitats que conflueixen al centre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instaurar les cures com a eix del centre, per posar el focus en el benestar de totes les persones que en formen
